Admirals Row, first floor ocean and lagoon view

Oceanfront Resort! Recently remodeled. Welcome to our Admirals Row villa at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.

Our updated, two bedroom, two bath condominium is located in Admirals row and features all new furnishings. A king size bed in master, queen size bed in second bedroom and a twin size roll away bed. Ceramic tile flooring, new kitchen appliances, new cabinets and granite countertops. The bathrooms have been completely remodeled with new toilets, vanities, and showers. There is a laundry room located one level up.

Enjoy breakfast on the patio with a lagoon view and the ocean in the background while you listen to the waves crash. Then take a four minute walk to our resorts endless beach or choose one of the resorts two pools to soak up the sun. This gated Oceanfront resort is located mid-island on 55 beautifully landscaped acres. The resort offers numerous amenities and activities and is the ideal spot for a family vacation or a getaway retreat for two.

For those with an active lifestyle, there are ten lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a tennis pro-shop, and new fitness center. This resort also offers the largest pool on the island, a convenient children's pool, new playground for the kids, an oceanfront Tiki-Bar (seasonal) for food and drinks, and many great golf courses within a short drive.

June and July are Saturday-Saturday rentals only.

We live in the area and will be happy to answer any questions that might help you make a decision to come to Hilton Head.

This condo is a happy place! Bright decor, yet calm and well done. The small lagoon with the alligator was fun to watch when we had rain! Sarah and Matt have the condo clean and well stocked with cooking/serving ware and food/cleaning supplies to get you started and then some. They also had a good beach buggy with quality beach chairs. Given the chance, I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Matt and Sarah!

ONE OF THE BEST VRBO PICKS YET!

The communication was open and thorough during this COVID mess. The condo was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in and had everything we needed. The owner had gone to great lengths and paid attention to every detail. All the cabinets were organized and neat. We loved the decor in each room. We definitely recommend this condo!

Still well-maintained and security is good.Lifeguard situation or sign rules enforcement seems somewhat arbitrary. Definitely better for them to use discernment with balls and kites and shovels. No long or metal shovels seems stupid - how many - any recordable accidents or other in the past from that? Cave-in (northeast U.S.) are not as likely or even possible here. Probably just today's world, but daily "Shark" water clears seem stupid. I would bet there have not been more than a dozen shark bites in the last 10 yrs from Charleston to Jekyll. AND they could happen anyway.

Family Friendly Villa Short Walk From the Ocean

Delightful stay a short walk from the beach. The dunes a less than a city block away. The villa is well-equipped with all the kitchen, bathroom, and beach equipment we needed. The owner was very responsive. Our nearly four-year-old had a wonderful time. There was a good mix of families, retirees, couples, and groups at the resort. There were a couple of minor items that could be repaired, but nothing that impacted our stay. The only thing that annoyed us was that the shortest way into the villa requires you to first go up and then down some stairs. This is a pain when carrying groceries, etc but there is an alternative entrance with a ramp a short distance away. Overall we loved our stay!

Great Condo! Clean and relaxing!

We had a great week at Hilton Head! The condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures. It was clean, comfortable, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sarah and her husband (the owners). Sarah was quick to respond with any questions I had prior to our trip. There was no need to contact her during our stay as everything was great with no issues. My grandson loved our home away from home along with the rest of us! We all longed for more time at Hilton Head when our vacation week came to an end. We booked kind of late (last minute vacation idea) and were traveling with a toddler and 2-month-old so we were looking for something reasonable yet close to the beach. This condo didn't disappoint. We would definitely stay here again and are already talking about future trips. Once again, great condo, great owners! Thanks for the Hilton Head Island 2019 memories! You’re the best, Sarah!

I want to stay here again! Condo was clean and well maintained with great updated kitchen. Kitchen was well furnished with everything you could want. I loved the fun beachy decor throughout— also nice towels. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Wonderful Villa

Great villa in HHBT. This was the perfect location for us for a few nights. The Villa was very nice and clean. The furnishings were updated and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to the beach. We definitely will return on our next family visit to HHI.

Clean, Cool, Modern, and Comfortable!

This 1st floor villa is just a short walk to the ocean or two resort pools. The unit is bright, clean, updated, and very nicely decorated. There is quality furniture throughout and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals or blend some cold drinks. There are even beach chairs and a wagon! The balcony overlooks a pond where on any given day you might see an egret, heron, turtles, or even a gator or otter! The owners are very responsive and make the entire experience top notch! A++++

Hilton Head Island Tennis & Beach Resort

The property was wonderful. Fully stocked with great cookware to cook our meals and good restaurants on the island. Love how the look of the island is preserved with all commercial development being behind tree lines and the beach was beautiful. Swimming closer to the evening was lovely. During the middle part of the day, jellyfish were around more. Six stings for our family but we quickly learned when to head out of the water and what to do! Had a wonderful time!
