Palmetto Dunes Resort - Best location in Queens Grant! Walk to the beach, tennis, pickleball, golf and the TopTracer range, our shared pool and the General Store. Our villa cluster is removed from the main road that comes into Palmetto Dunes and away from internal roads. Our villa cluster backs up to the Robert Trent Jones driving range and the new Big Jim's restaurant serving breakfast/lunch/dinner. A quick bike ride to Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre for food, shops and a great family outing. Complimentary Dunes Buggy shuttle throughout Palmetto Dunes April - September. Open concept 2 bedroom/2 bath villa. We have a private housekeeper which ensures consistent quality for our guests. Private courtyard deck with our own palm tree - because that’s what the Low Country is all about!

We are owner/operators - you will work directly with us and there are no additional management company fees.

Palmetto Dunes is a world-class resort! Hilton Head Outfitters is within walking distance and you can rent bikes/canoes/kayaks. Surf lessons are offered at the Dunes House - which is our beach access. Beach access is private and limited to resort guests, you will have access to three award winning golf courses, 25 tennis courts, pickleball, the Island's deepest yacht basin, an 11 mile lagoon system (awesome for canoeing/kayaking). There are six miles of landscaped bike paths that will make you remember why riding a bike was so much fun, a cultural arts center, two beachfront hotel resorts, 21 restaurants, a shopping mall, and so much more!

This property was the perfect location for us. Close enough to walk to the beach but the resort has a free shuttle if you don’t feel like walking. My family loved the pickle ball courts, the general store, the Dunns beach house and the proximity to all the other places we wanted to visit on the island. The villa was perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a large living room with a big dinning room table for us to play games at. Also the in unit washer and dryer were a definite plus!! We had a couple of questions and when I contacted Susan she responded quickly and was very helpful. We would stay here again!

Vacation Villa

Quiet villa, although parking area was full, we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. Conveniently located to the General store and the tennis/pickleball courts. Also, close ten minute walk to the beach access, with a great oceanfront restaurant right beside the access path. Wonderful relaxing stay, and would definitely return to this villa sooner rather than later!

Great location &

We were very happy with our stay. Palmetto Dunes is becoming one of our favorite locations on the island. The villa was very clean, had all amenities needed, and it was just perfect for the 2 of us. (2 bathrooms is a bonus!) We rented bikes and it’s such a quick ride to the beach as well as to Shelter Cove for dinner/grocery store.

Perfect Spot

Great condo-perfect for a couple or small family. Centrally located to beaches, bike paths, tennis/golf/pickleball courts, restaurants-EVERYTHING. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with all the comforts of home-all you need to bring is your groceries! The beds are incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows/blankets on hand. The owner was wonderful to work with and very attentive to every detail. Sad to see our week end!

Clean and Comfortable

Our holiday stay was made perfect by staying in the best villa in Queens Grant. My husband and I have been coming to HHI for years and have stayed many times in Queens Grant, this was our best experience yet! Thank you for being so wonderful to work with and providing the perfect home.

Wonderful stay!

We visited HHI for the first time last week. I can’t say enough positives about our experience with this rental. The location is excellent, short distance walk to the general store, Hilton Head Outfitters, three restaurants, golf, the pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and the beach! The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear, and it was super clean. I contacted Susan, the owner, with questions, and she was very responsive and helpful! This was so appreciated for us newbies! Check-in and check-out were easy as well. We are so thankful for the kind hospitality, and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Great stay

We've been coming to Hilton Head Island for about 20 years, and this was one of our favorite trips. The condo was clean, conveniently located and perfect for our needs. The owners were organized, provided plenty of things we needed and very responsive the couple of times we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Wanted to stay much longer

Comfortable, clean, well appointed. The unit was great for our family. Convenient sleeping options for our three kids and excellent Wi-Fi. We cooked a spaghetti dinner in the kitchen and kept our leftovers in the fridge. The dishwasher handled the dishes. And we went home with few dirty clothes after a few loads in the washer and dryer. The property owner (patiently and kindly) answered TWO PHONE CALLS from me the night we arrived, which was Easter Sunday. You won't need to call her if you READ THE PRE-ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS! :) The unit is quietly nestled in the Queens Grant area of Palmetto Dunes, a short walk from the Palmetto Dunes thoroughfare Queen's Folly Road where there's a general store, a few restaurants, the tennis center, and Outfitters for bike rental. We drove to the beach (a two-three minute drive) and parked at the Dunes House parking lot. We also parked in the Disney Beach House lot to access the beach. Both are allowed, but the lots were full on the nice days we were there in April. We had never been to Palmetto Dunes or Hilton Head or South Carolina before. It was wonderful. Palmetto Dunes has beach access and restaurants and bike rentals, and lots of other stuff. (Google "Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association") Hilton Head Island has ~40,000 year round residents, and everything necessary to go along with that: lots of grocery stores, restaurants, a Wal-Mart, (there's a Target just over the bridge in Bluffton), and other normal things you'd find in a town with that much population (interior decorators, law offices, urgent care, etc.). We rode around on rented bikes (you should probably rent a basket with at least one bike in your group). I would recommend doing everything we did (can you tell we had a great time?) Duck's Donuts for lots of made-on-the-spot donut variety. Coligny Beach - big, public beach about a ten-minute drive from the unit. Savannah, Georgia - we drove about an hour to check out the historic city with cool architecture and lots of places to eat and drink. We're looking forward to going back to Hilton Head.

great place to stay

We had a great time in Hilton Head and this place had everything we needed. We really appreciated that it had beach chairs and umbrellas, a wagon and boogie boards. Inside there were also books and games. We loved the location-it was a quick walk or bike to the general store and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The only thing is that we didn't realize the pool would be closed when we visited.

Great location

Great host to work with. Perfect mid-island location. Clean and well equipped. The only negative from our trip was the view from the back deck. It is fenced and surrounded by neighboring buildings. Past stays at Queens Grant have had an open area around the deck. No great loss....and overall a great stay and a very clean, well equipped villa with a super responsive host.

The villa is perfectly thought out for guests. It was really a delightful place to stay down to an assortment of things to do within the villa. Directions to the villa were easy to follow as were the directions to different places of interest on the island. The owner/hosts were very attentive to our every need. The BEST!

Would stay again!

We were very happy with our stay in this great location in Palmetto Dunes. The property is very nice and includes everything you can think of when staying at the beach away from home. I very much appreciated how clean the villa was - you can tell it does not just get a surface clean between stays but is cleaned thoroughly. Feels like home away from home! It is a reasonable walk to the beach or you can park for free at the Disney beach house. The property is located not far into Palmetto Dunes, so it's an easy drive to leave and go elsewhere on the island. Susan, the property owner, was very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Thank you for the great stay!!!

Our family purchased this villa so that we could build a lifetime of memories on an island that we have come to love. I grew up in the Florida Panhandle, but HHI offers something different. A sense of community and being a part of something. The beach, biking, jogging trails, geocaching, churches, a simple movie outing, bicycle scavenger hunts, boating, kayaking, are all things that we can actually do and enjoy in this smaller community compared to Atlanta where we currently live.

We had rented in several Palmetto Dunes neighborhoods, including QG, throughout the years and came to love the Island. When we decided to purchase a vacation home we only looked at Palmetto Dunes because of its central location on the island and the ammeneties that it offered. This villa came available on a Monday, we saw the property on Tuesday and made and offer on Thursday. We knew without hesitation that this was the QG neighborhood, villa style and location we wanted. We could walk to the beach with our young son, the driving range, tennis, restaurants, and the general store. Being able to ride bikes on the paved paths in the resort, on the beach, throughout HHI... is priceless. We love the convenience of the Dunes House for a beach meal or cocktail. We love our villa!!!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location is the key to everything. The openness of the villa 'feels' just right, our vaulted beamed ceiling and the private patio just beyond with our palm tree, the green of the oak trees against the blue sky... feels like a vacation home. We knew this was the perfect home for our family.
