Interior
Casa de Flores offers stylish interiors with premium and antique furnishings, high ceilings, hard wood floors covered with warm rugs, solid wood doors, and premium double-paned windows. All rooms have been tastefully decorated to create a peaceful relaxing indoor/outdoor ambiance.

After entering the house, enjoy board games, play a tune on the piano, or watch a movie in the beautiful living room with large comfortable sectional.

Awaken the chef in you as you create the perfect meal to pair with your favorite wine. The kitchen has every amenity you could ask for including a 6-burner stove, coffee of your choice (Nespresso, drip, and french press), and a wine refrigerator. For formal meals, a beautifully designed dining room seats 10 comfortably under a spectacular chandelier.

Off of the living area is an office with a large sit/stand desk and Eames office chair, and a modern day bed that expands to a queen size bed, with windows facing the native landscaping of the front grounds. The first floor includes two additional bedrooms, each of which includes a full sized bed with windows overlooking additional garden planting areas. An additional twin mattress is available for either of these rooms. These bedrooms are perfect for boys and girls. One downstairs bedroom includes a full ensuite bathroom with tile shower, and pedestal sink. Also on the first floor is a newly remodeled shared bathroom with tile, large sink, and shower with bathtub.

The master suite addition is located on the private second story. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in the inviting California king bed. Relax in a spa-like atmosphere off of the master suite hallway with vanities for two, and a beautiful stone tile shower.

Guest House
The guest house is just steps from the main home and offers all the amenities including heating and air conditioning. Windows shaded by Japanese maples offer views of the secluded rear grounds. The cottage includes a comfortable queen bed and relaxing reading area. The bathroom includes tile floors, and closet and shelving areas.

Exterior
Discover Sonoma, known for amazing wines, excellent food, and countless outdoor activities that make this region an international destination. Casa de Flores sits just minutes from historic downtown Sonoma. With a 2,200-square-foot main residence and a 250-square-foot detached guest cottage, Casa de Flores lies on a 0.4 acre rural lot, offering indoor outdoor living at its finest with glorious gardens, and wide-open spaces. Just off of a private driveway, the secluded property offers a large parking area and manicured gardens with native plants and roses. Access to the gated back yard reveals an 8 person premium hot tub, edible gardens, and a gas fire pit with cozy evening seating. Outdoor dining areas and a large lawn with multiple seating areas offers a relaxing beautiful escape. Just a few feet away from the main residence, the guest cottage offers additional an additional private bed and bath with separate entrance.

Casa de Flores has an outdoor space for everyone. Kids can enjoy playing on the lawn - soccer, badminton, catch, or tag. You can enjoy an afternoon cocktail on either of the back porches. The outdoor barbecue and dining table will inspire the cook in you. And as the day wanes, dip into the whirlpool spa and enjoy a nice glass of Sonoma wine.

Other Details
Note that the North side of the property is located along Petaluma avenue, which has a 35 mph speed limit. Care when turning onto and off of Petaluma Avenue is advised during morning and evening commute hours as unfortunately cars sometime exceed the speed limit.
