With Ariel Dunes II 2210 being an end unit with many windows, you can get a great view from the balcony or inside. Ariel Dunes II 2210 is a three bedroom unit with space for 10 people.

Enjoy an open and airy floor plan where a fantastic living room flows into a modern kitchen, outfitted with all the stainless steel appliances you could possibly need. The master bedroom has its own balcony access, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Just the bathroom itself is designed for a vacation with its large shower and soaking garden tub! The next bedroom has a queen bed and access to a smaller second balcony which offers views of the resort, the Gulf, the beach, and the bay. This bedroom also has a full bathroom. The third guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with four twin size mattresses. The bedroom also has a private bathroom, this one with a spacious shower.

Guests and residents alike know that the whole area of Destin, Florida has everything you would want on a beach vacation. Hop on a jet ski, go parasailing, or just ride the waves. As the sun sets, head to Grand Boulevard, the town center where they have seasonal events throughout the year.

The condo is beautiful, you will not be able to find a better view! It is supplied with everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. The host is extremely responsive. We are already making plans to come back again!

Stunning View

Condo 2210 - updated appliances and clean. The common areas were spacious for all of us to hang out. The master bedroom was also big. The other two rooms were on the smaller side. Not too small but not spacious. Property management and security was all over the luggage carts. Not a bad thing but just not welcoming. The pool areas were able to accommodate all guests without feeling crowded but a nice childrenā€™s play area for the babies wouldā€™ve been nice. Overall a great stay, no noisy neighbors, a chill place to stay. Properly management resolved the one issue we had very promptly. The beach entrance was very close. Drinks from next door were good. The Whales tale at the beach entrance was decently priced and good casual food.

The views were panoramic on 3 sides of the condo with views of the gulf and bay. Service was incredible. We reported a deck door lock that was stuck while we were on the beach. By the time we returned, it was already fixed. Are only regret was not bringing basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic) and cooking oil. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Pros and cons

The condo was not very clean. Several dishes were dirty and the condo smelled like sewage when we first walked in. While it is a large and beautiful space, the dirty feeling was hard to overcome. I felt like I spent a LOT of my time cleaning. There were old hand prints on things, dirty dishes in the cabinets. Secondly, there were not a lot of cooking dishes to use. I was surprised by that. Nothing was organized and it certainly didnā€™t feel like we had everything we needed. I would consider getting some Tupperware and some frying pans. The garbage can is useless. There is no lid and the bags donā€™t fit in there. Maybe a list of what the house is stocked with would help. Several of the drawers handles were broken and inside the drawers. There were not enough hooks in the house to hang beach towels and bath towels. Maybe some hooks in the entry hall would be night. The view was INCREDIBLE and we definitely learned we love the corner condo, however, we will not stay in this one again.

Minor complaints first, low water pressure in the queen bedroom shower, no hot tub (but there was a heated pool) on the property and could not check in early even though the condo was ready (locks on a timer down to the minute). Now the many pro's: view was SPECTACULAR! Condo itself was very clean, plenty of towels, decent supply of paper products, kitchen well stocked with non-cooking items (plates, utensils, pots etc...)and had plenty of room for our group of 6. could comfortably hold 8. Location was great, 8-10 min walk to the beautiful beach. Management company (my vacation haven) was very responsive. I sent texts at 11pm and 8am and they were answered really quickly. Would stay here again!!

I can even begin to tell you how amazing it was to enter and see the curtains flowing to reveal the vibrant oceanview. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. Any issue was promptly fixed as soon as I called/texted. We had everything we needed and more. The restrooms had mini toiletries that were such a thoughtful gesture. Linen spray was a big plus. Only thing I did noticed was a weird smell in the bunk beds room. Other than that this was a solid 10!

Sister Birthday Trip

This was the First of many sister trips. This was for my 73rd Birthday with my sisters. I location and views was amazing. The Condo was beautiful amd very clean. There was a little issue on the last day with the water but the were able to get it corrected after a few hours. I would definately recommend. They are very gracious host and the rental company was very helpful with activites and restaurants in the area since this was our first visit. You will not be disappointed at all.

This condo was perfect for our 2 families. 4 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had more than enough space. The view every morning is worth price alone. Quick 5 minutes walk to beach hauling a toddler. Condo extremely nice, cleaned, and well stocked.

Awesome Stay!

We loved the condo. Very spacious and clean. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but I prefer to be directly on the beach. I know that's difficult in that area though. Would highly recommend.

6th Annual Girl's Trip Success

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is roomy and even with 8 ladies we didn't feel crowded at all. The walk to the beach is a little long and it is public access with no restrooms but there is street parking and a small lot right across the street for parking if you don't wish to walk. Our only complaints at all with the until itself is there was mold on the ceiling in the master bath and none of the plugs in that room worked so we had to blow dry our hair in the becroom. There didn't seem to be quite enough silverware especially if your group is 10 people but I'm sure it's so hard to keep things stocked in these rentals and it was no big deal for us. We had a few hickups with rules for the property but nothing major. Had we found the welcome book on day 1 it would have been no problem at all. We found it hidden away in a drawer on day 3 while looking for something else. All in all the condo is beatiful, the view is stunning and everything was as stated in the listing, We would definately stay again!
