West End Studio in the Waterfront Building

We invite you to our sunny studio located in Jones Locker with parking in the West End which is known for being the most cherished section of Commercial Street. Recently renovated with sleeping alcove, new kitchen with 3 burner cooktop and microwave/convection oven, new bathroom with rain shower and vanity. Mini-split air conditioning.

You can enjoy your morning coffee on the large shared waterfront deck too! Our second floor studio faces Commercial Street and your backyard is the bayfront. Summer rentals (July-Labor Day) are Saturday to Saturday.

Samsung Smart TV with Xfinity Flex streaming, Apple TV, Bose Speaker 300 music system, In unit WiFi, full dresser and coat closet. This unique studio is situated on the second floor offering views of the activity on Commercial Street or you can enjoy the view of the bay from the large shared deck located in the rear of the building.

Large shared deck, bay side beach access and laundry room with coin operated washer/dryer.

Private parking for one car is walking distance from unit.

All towels and linens are taken off property for laundering.

It is a great comfy place to stay, close to the action but not close enough for the noise. It is very quiet and relaxing on the deck watching the boats and the waves roll by. Very comfortable condo and the owners are super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend such a great experience every year.

We loved the unit. It was perfectly situated for a great West End PTown experience. It was fun stepping directly into the bay off the shared deck, especially during high tide. The unit has everything you need and is actually more spacious than we thought it would be.

This perfect studio is in the perfect location in PTown to see everything. It is right by water,for that refreshing dip to cool off on a hot summer day!The have been recent renovationd which makes us place even more amazing than it was last year.The hosts are ever attentive and take care of any issue that come up. I have now rented this place for several years now and I have never been disappointed. Definitely check it out.

Exactly what a vacation should be!

Great location, quiet, beautiful scenery. Nice walk to town. The unit is nicely set up and all a person needs for vacation. The hosts are awesome, helpful and always have open communication. We enjoy everything about it !

Wonderful Studio in the West End

I had a wonderful stay in this west end studio. The unit has everything one would need and the location is perfect as it is quiet and peaceful. The common deck overlooking the bay is spectacular.

A little piece of heaven

This was our third year in row of staying here, Kevin and Tony are great hosts. They are always fast to reply and very helpful. The property is located in a great part of town, step out your door, the sand and ocean can be in your toes or a short walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. We love it and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else !

1st Timers

This was our 1st time staying in the Cape/PTown and it did NOT disappoint. Perfect location that was quiet but extremely close to the center of the action. The property was extreme clean, anything we could need for our 5 night stay was already there for us, amazing access to the beach with very close parking. great experience

i truly enjoyed my stay in this studio apartment. kevin and tony are easily the most warm, responsive hosts i have come across -- they always responded immediately when i messaged them with questions about my stay at their home. the studio is bright and sunny, it was spotlessly clean, and it is far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough for an easy walk. i definitely recommend both the studio and the hosts!

Another Great Stay from a Repeat Guest

This was our second stay here, and it was an ideal place for us to work remotely from for 2 weeks in our favorite vacation destination. Located in the historic West End, nearly midway between great dining at Sal's Place and The Red Inn, the condo is also steps above a shared deck with a panoramic view of Provincetown Harbor, bike racks, and a convenient staircase down to the sand for walks on the beach and through the exposed tidal flats during low tide. The studio condo is compact but, just as we found during our first stay, has everything we needed for enjoyment with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen, and it's clean and airy with 5 windows providing lots of natural light & cross breezes. Since we drove up on this trip, we were glad it includes an off-street parking space. It's a great property, Kevin & Tony are tremendously responsive with their personal attention, and I highly recommend it.

Just what we needed.

We were in one rental for our first week, and then found Kevin and Tony's place for our second. For a short stay, this place is a dream! It's location is ideal for getting to the beach and biking to town. It's peaceful at night, a perfect place to watch the sunrise, and in the most charming part of town. Thank you both!

Awesome Place in Magical PTown

VRBO only allows max five-star ratings. Perhaps they should change that because this property gets SIX stars in my book! I highly recommend this host and property. Communication was very clear and helpful (with much-appreciated extra communication on MA Covid travel requirements); check in was easy and accommodating; the place is wonderfully clean and appointed; and the location is amazing - on the quieter west end perfectly located for easy access to the center of town in one direction and the breakwall, beaches & bike trails in the other direction.

Perfect place for 2 in Provincetown

When we arrived we found the property to be exactly as pictured and described. The space was absolutely spotless and afforded plenty of room for 2 people. The kitchen was appointed nicely. Access to the deck and being so close to the water made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Location provides easy access to Commercial street and all of Provincetown. Kevin and Tony were warm, kind and attentive from our very first contact with them to beyond our stay there.
