This Single Family Home is located in a quiet community near the Virgin Mountains and close to the local movie theatre and near all of the local shopping areas. The open living area has a warm decor complete with a large flat screen TV. Enjoy intimate dining next to a fully appointed kitchen with modern appliances.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Mesquite offers 7 championship courses within 5 minutes of each other, plenty of mountain biking, and walking trails throughout Mesquite deserts. Mesquite is also known for some of the best off-road ATV's adventures. An ATV trip to the Grand Canyon is 3 1/2 hours or just a local run up to Flattop Mesa will provided some of the best Mesquite views youï¿½ll ever see.

Explore the back country, hold family reunions, enjoy the Casinos, or great dining. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.

Nice property

Very nice property, one comment. The property had direct tv, however many of the channels were not available. More working channels would have been nice, especially sports.. Thanks

It was fine. I appreciate your response to me request for a bath mat. I was disappointed to see the short parking due to the fire hydrant. This was crucial due to the number of cars and trailers we had.

Great for girls trip

Place worked well for a girls trip to attend a wedding. One comment that was made was there are so many mirrors! Which was great for 6 of us to get ready. The next night we stayed in and played card games around the dining room table that had plenty of space for all of us. The fire pit was nice to have and we sat around it both nights. The only things we noted could improve were the usual only leave one extra roll of toilet paper (for 6 women drinking that is never enough) but I was prepared and brought my own extra roll. They only left 1 trash bag that we filled up the first night so utilized shopping bags the rest of the time and only 2 dishwasher pods and we could have ran it more than twice but saved the other for before we left. One wine glass broke in the dishwasher but we left a replacement for it. Over all it was a great experience and fit our needs well. Will stay again when in the area.

Great location, the property was very clean. Lots of great family games. Great outdoor space, very quiet, nice neighborhood. Overall, it suited our needs perfectly.

Clean house, good location.

The house met our needs. We were 3 golfers coming in for a long weekend and just needed a good place to sleep. The house is conveniently located, very clean and had all the amenities to meet our needs. I only have one complaint, the house had a restriction on how low you could have the Temp for the A/C. The temp limit was 73, which might be fine for some, but the 3 of us felt it was really hot in the house. I wish the property owners would list information like this in their listing, because that would have been a deal breaker. When on vacation in a hot location you want to be able to set the temp to your comfort level, not some predetermined limit. This is why I would only give 4 stars.

Weekend Football Tournament

We stayed at this property while in Mesquite for a football tournament. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay, including a TV in every room, which the family loved. I would recommend this property for your stay in Mesquite.

Great home, nice central location!

This was a nice home in a central location. The neighborhood was quiet. Home was very clean and well taken care of. We especially enjoyed the back patio with the grill and firepit for evenings after our adventures for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway

It was a great experience. Very roomy for our group of 6 and close to everything we needed. My only suggestion for the property owner would be to light the dinning room. I was excited about having a large table for the family to gather around but there was no lighting to eat dinner or play games.

Golf trip to Mesquite yearly

It's pretty simple. It was a wonderful house. Everything that we needed was right there. We couldn't ask for anything more. Look forward to trying to get this property again next year.

Clean and Close to Everything

This house was perfect for our family of four. We decided to rent a place we could get away to relax during a soccer tournament, but still be close to the team, parks, and fun!! The house was very clean upon arrival. It has everything you might need for your stay. You could opt to go out to eat, or make your own dinner with the BBQ. Smith's grocery store is just down the street. The patio was nice with a propane firepit. We thought the decor was cool and made you feel at home. I would recommend renting this home.

Great Weekend Retreat

Family had a great time. Everything matched the pictures. Don’t expect communication with owner/manager until a few days before your stay but you will be contacted. Would stay at this home again.
