This recently renovated condo features updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Both bathrooms repainted and have new vanity cabinets, sinks and faucet fixtures. Master ensuite bath has a new slipper soaker tub. There is new vinyl plank laminate flooring in both bathrooms and both bedrooms. Both bedrooms were also repainted. There is a new sofa sleeper and loveseat in the living room. Updated pictures will be posted soon.

Guests are treated to a fully stocked kitchen so that cooking and serving are a (beach) breeze. You don't need to bring your beach chairs as the owner has stocked the closet with chairs and an umbrella.

Located just 1 mile west of Pier Park, it is an Ocean-Front Complex that has the Best Amenities of any Resort in PCB. There are two pools on-site, one being a walk-in pool that includes a kids Splash Zone and a snack bar. The other pool has a Large Tiki Bar right next to it. All pools have hot tubs next to them.

It doesn’t stop there! The complex has a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, there is an indoor snack bar that has food and serves Eddy’s ice cream. The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge spans over Front Street, connecting the complex to the parking garage, and offers the perfect opportunity to drink while singing Karaoke and people-watch. On-site, there are Hot Tubs, a sauna, a steam room, an arcade, and an outdoor game area that you don't find in other complexes. To top it off, a Bellman Service makes it a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
