This beautiful single family home is located in the tree lined family friendly neighborhood of Crystal Lake located within the gated SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. The backyard has been completely redone with a large private pool with a waterfall and lounging sundeck in the pool and new landscaping with palm trees and lighting for an amazing vacation experience.

This home also has a BBQ grill, screened porch with a Smart TV. Also outside you will find a 6 seat golf cart and a 4 seat golf cart so you can cruise the 2400 acre resort in style.

Take the two golf carts to the beach when you're tired of lounging by the private pool. A private tunnel under highway 98 allows golf cart access to the beach and more. When you get back to the house, there is plenty of parking in the circular driveway and extra driveway leading to the garage.

When you are ready for some inside time, the interior of this home is just as amazing as the outside. You will find an open concept living room, dining room and living area; all of which have been completely remodeled and furnished beautifully.

You will find an oversized laundry room if you want to keep things clean while you're on vacation. When it's time to retire for the evening, there is a one bedroom suite on the first floor and the other two guest bedrooms, a bathroom and a master suite on the second floor.
