That's right--this home comes with 2 golf carts for you to enjoy--a white 6-seater and a yellow 4-seater for plenty of space for 10 people. Nestled away on the Bay side of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, this home sits along the canal in the over-the-top community of Villa Lago. Each home offers its own take blending a Tuscan feel with our Panhandle Florida charm. The Tuscan feel is noticed right away with the tiled roof, stucco exterior, and columns around the porches. Inside, beautifully tiled floors lead you through the very open floor plan which is made even more spacious by the lofty ceilings.

The kitchen will “wow” any cook in your group! The granite countertops and appliances are all brand new as this home was just completed in 2016. There is plenty of counter space and even more storage, perfect for whipping up a simple snack to enjoy on the patio or pack up something for everyone and create a sunset picnic – Tuscan-style! The large living space has plenty of seating for relaxing and recharging until your next adventure. There is even a first-floor half bath for extra convenience.

Aside from the main master bedroom and full en suite bathroom on the 1st floor, the second floor hosts 4 of the home’s five bedrooms. There are two additional master suites which each offer their own en suite, private bathrooms. Both are beautifully tiled with double vanities and walk-in showers. The main master suite has a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids with a set of full-size bunk beds, a twin sleeper, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
