Bay Breeze is a stylish home overlooking the Links golf course and the bay. It's a three bedroom (two master suites), three bathroom townhome in the Fairways neighborhood in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It has an over sized patio for outdoor dining and lounging. The comfort and views will make this your perfect vacation spot.

* Private heated pool and hot tub on property! (All pool/hot tub users must be fully toilet-trained. Swim diapers, swim pants, and traditional diapers are strictly prohibited in the water.)

* Pool heat available upon request (October to March): Requests must be made 24 hours in advance and purchased for the entire stay at $75 per day.

* Private dock to relax, fish, or feed the ducks and turtles

* Parking available for two cars

* 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, with ample parking

* Access to two heated resort pools, both with a zero entry and both less than a five minute ride away!

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Early check-in and late check-out is not available during busy season (May through August). Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability during the off-season.

Minimum renting age: 25

Car rentals are strongly encouraged, as local taxis/Ubers are not always reliable and golf carts are not allowed outside the resort and could encounter unforeseen maintenance issues.
