You’ll feel right at home in this spacious, clean, and cozy getaway. Conveniently located just minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, and right off Highway 65. Only 7 miles from historic downtown Franklin and 25 miles from downtown Nashville.

This townhouse is a new build with lots of natural light, high ceilings and an open floor plan. We know it can be hard to remember everything when you are traveling so we have tried to do that for you. We have a pack n` play, a hair dryer, iron, and a grill. This town house also has a full kitchen stocked with spices and cookware for making a nice homemade meal. We have a Keurig and coffee. The bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner and fresh bath towels. There is also laundry on the premises.

We have a 60` smart T.V. A front porch where you can relax and enjoy that first cup of coffee and a fire pit to unwind in the evening. Guests also can enjoy four free passes to the Carter House.

Guests have access to the whole house.

We are always available for a text or a phone call during your stay! We love the Franklin area and would love to help you have the best possible experience.

We live in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
