"Coco's Chambre", a 2 bedroom condo...walkable to downtown Franklin

Tucked away about a mile from the Square in downtown Franklin, TN is a quiet neighborhood just a "city block" off West Main Street. Our former home turned "passion project" is in a small twenty unit building that is close to a city park and backs up to a quiet creek. Our space has been described as "cozy" and "charming" by visitors who appreciate the details that went in to creating Coco's Chambre.

Our style includes antiques and décor that has had previous lives before they came to live with us. You will find antique prints and paintings, a gallery of photos of Mademoiselle Coco and books on her fascinating life. We have attempted to create an engaging apartment that could perhaps be found tucked away somewhere in Paris. Coco's Chambre embraces the past but with today's comfort.

While our description states one bathroom... it is a "Jack and Jill" layout featuring two separate sink/commode rooms and a shared shower space. Bathrooms have been updated with tile and feature marble countertops...there is not a tub in the bath area.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed. Smaller second bedroom has a full size antique iron bed. Both beds feature "Hush" pillow top mattresses and box springs with cotton blankets and hotel quality bedding. Charging stations are at each nightstand.

The galley kitchen is cozy and features French glassware and porcelain as well as vintage silver-plate flatware. (Yes...the flatware can go in the dishwasher!) There should be everything you need to prepare a meal at home or enjoy "take out" as if you did!

Coffee in the morning is a requirement for us...and we supply a Keurig coffee maker and a variety of coffee pods. There is a creamer option as well as sweeteners. There are tea bags available for those that take their caffeine in a different form.

It's always nice to have a snack when traveling and we have you covered. We (sometimes) try for a healthy option...but we cannot guarantee how healthy the assortment will be!

Our unit features a second story deck with two chairs that looks out over the creek on the property. A tranquil place for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It is a perfect spot for the lost art of conversation...

Parking is assigned and numbered on the pavement in front of the building There is one assigned parking space facing the building...directly in front of the breezeway to our unit. A second parking space would be in any other non-numbered space facing the street or at the far end of the parking lot.

We do not accept instant booking at this time. Here is how to "make it happen"...

WHEN REQUESTING A RESERVATION, PLEASE CONFIRM IN YOUR ORIGINAL REQUEST...THAT THERE ARE NO CHILDREN OR PETS IN YOUR PARTY.

It is lovely to hear what brings you to Franklin and we love getting this information.

WE WILL ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST ONLY WHEN YOU REPSOND WITH THAT INFORMATION. When that information has been communicated to us we accept usually within minutes. Sadly, we have learned the hard way that these house rules are often ignored.

We own pets...but they live in a barn or coop and our children are all grown up!

If your travel needs fall outside the Thursday through Sunday nights we have available or if you would like to research a discounted weekly rate (7 night stay) feel free to contact us with that request.

Coco's Chambre is located on the ground floor with units both above and below our unit. There are 2 steps to access the breezeway.

Jim Warren Park is essentially "next door" to this property. The park features paved walking trails, tennis courts and little bit of nature close by.
