This beachfront retreat at Sterling Breeze features a private balcony, beach access mere steps away, and on-site amenities that include a seasonally heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a poolside cafe, and a 24-hour fitness center.

Angler, beach-goer, swimmer, or sunbather, you'll find everything you need at Sterling Breeze. This beachfront property is half a mile from Pier Park, which is renowned for its fantastic shopping, its wonderful restaurants, and all sorts of regular entertainment. You'll also be within walking distance of the famous Russell-Fields Pier and an easy drive from Gulf World, Sharky's Beachfront, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Powell Lake in Camp Helen State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo but grill does not work.

The condo was very clean, kitchen well equipped, and furniture comfortable. We truly enjoyed the balcony ocean view which was peaceful and the best part. Do not book if you plan to use the grill because it doesn’t work. Reached out to customer service but maintenance never came out to fix it. Also, bedroom needs some black out blinds because the light from the hallway is very bright. We had to use towels to cover the window.

Fabulous property & location

We absolutely loved this condo & the building. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The elevators were very quick and the beach was easy to access. We really like that the smaller building size meant less crowds on the beach. My only suggestion is to add some curtains (possibly blackout) to the bedroom. The sun came in nicely but wasn’t good for sleeping in! Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: the unit looked like the online pictures of the unit the location was good check-in was easy Cons: type of unit was not aligned with the type of unit maintenance needs needed to be addressed lots of dust under the bed unknown liquid left in plastic bottle on the bunk bed pictures of problems with unit were submitted to property management but problems were not fixed

Great experience, I would suggest, pool open till 11 so kids have something to do. Bar and grill it would have been nice to have it open during our stay!! A ramp for walk to the beach, and shop/boutique needs to be open!! We will b staying there again!!

The grill was dirty and hadn’t been clean so we never used it. Vacasa left our building without letting us know how to get ahold of them. Other than that it was a nice place but to expensive.

Nice room

We enjoyed staying in this room. This is our second year staying at Sterling Breeze and this condo was nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the grill did not appear to be clean. We tested it to see if it worked because we wanted to make burgers but the grates needed a good scrubbing. Other than that everything else was fine.

We booked through VRBO but the unit is managed by vacasa and they don’t communicate well. paid over $300 after fees added then Check in and get hit up for ANOTHER FEE of $43 that NO ONE advised me of. I will never book a vacasa condo again! We come to PCB every year!

Rat or an oversized mouse

We enjoyed our stay until a rat was spotted in our room. I reached out to Vacasa on site and they offered to end our stay or check our room. The manager was supposed to call me with an outcome after they checked the room and we never received a call or any kind of apology. Very disappointed.

We stayed at this condo on Thanksgiving week. Everything was just as we expected. Condo was clean and everything needed was there. Booking and check in process was easy and straightforward. Just pay $43 per room for parking and wrist tags and you good to go. The weather wasn't the best but heated pool and hot tub totally made up for it. Balcony view is amazing. Every sunset we spend with glass of wine enjoying the ocean. Location is the best. You are walking distance from pier, tons of stores and attractions. I highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome condo!!

We spent a great week in this condo August 20-27, 2022. The parking garage is located across the street, but there is a very nice enclosed catwalk directly from the garage to the main building which makes the long walk quite easy. There was never a shortage of parking spots while we were there. I had seen several reviews stating others complaining that they had to wait a long time for elevators, but we did not experience anything like this during our stay. This condo is on the 16th floor, and the elevators were very fast and we rarely had to wait more than 1-2 minutes for them. The tiki bar by the pool has great food and it is usually prepared quite fast. I highly recommend their chicken quesadilla. It is huge, crispy and very tasty. Their strawberry margaritas are also awesome. We purchased the large, reusable plastic mugs with lids on our first day there, so refills were large and fairly priced . The condo itself was spacious, well-stocked and in a very nice location on the beach. It is located near a pier also. The beach there wasn’t crowded at all, but there are chairs/umbrellas set up by the beach service crew that you can rent either daily or weekly. The bedroom has a nice, comfy king size bed. There are bunk beds in the hallway, 2 full-size bathrooms, and the couch is easily turned into a queen size bed. The couch bed has a thinner mattress, but the owner provides a cushy mattress topper that helps make it quite cozy. The washer and dryer were very useful and we appreciated them so much. We flew home with all our laundry already clean, so that was a plus, for sure. The condo was cleaner than most I have used in the past, which we definitely appreciated. My only complaint is that the floors underneath the nightstands and chest of drawers in the bedroom were a bit dusty. Also only 1 additional garbage bag was provided for the main garbage can in the kitchen. Leaving a couple more for the guests would have been appreciated. But overall, our stay in Sterling Breeze 1605 was wonderful and we will absolutely book here again if we return to PCB!!

Great stay...amazing veiw

If you want that queasy feeling from being up way high...this is the place for you!! 16th floor has amazing views both out the front door and the back. Room is very comfortable and that A/C was very welcome in mid-July. Excellent pool, great bartenders at the pool bar, and of course quick access to the beach, chairs & umbrella. Liked that Pier Park was right down the street (5 - 6 blocks) with all kinds of restaurants and activities. Highly rated and would suggest to all.

Relaxing

I love how everything was so nice and clean and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils dishes and cooking things. I also like the shower that was in the bedroom bathroom. The heated pool and hot tub was really nice to relax in.
