This gorgeous Gulf-front condo with a private balcony overlooking the water is the perfect home base for your dream vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for your home away from home, including pots and pans, utensils and dishes, and a coffee maker for sipping coffee and watching those beach sunrises. The whole home has been recently renovated with all new furniture. When you want to venture out, you can lounge by the pool, exercise in the water-side fitness area, or relax in the outdoor hot tub. And of course, enjoying the beautiful white sandy beach just steps away is all you need to slip into vacation mode.

This condo is within a mile of Pier Park with its abundance of shopping and dining options. Many other renowned restaurants are located within five miles, and theme parks such as Wonderworks, Shipwreck Island, and Gulf World are a short drive away as well. Within the resort, there is a large infinity pool (heated seasonally), snack bar and grill (open seasonally), and beach service available at an additional fee! Plus, Aaron Bessant Amphitheater hosts a plethora of events year-round, so be sure to check out what is scheduled to be there during your stay!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and clean as well! View was incredible from our balcony. We loved it so much we extended our stay. This is our second stay at Sterling Breeze and we absolutely love it. The beach front isn’t as crowded in this area which is great for families! Can’t wait until next year!

Cozy Condo with a view!

Great location to everything! Our bed was comfortable and we had all the amenities for our trip. Plenty of towels and dishes. The pool and hot tub was wonderful! Easy check in and to register for parking! Thanks for a great week! clean and we felt safe our whole tfip.

Great room - LOVE THE VIEW!!

I love the flexibility, great customer service, and friendliness of Vacasa. The room was clean (there were some spots that needed more attention that would fall under "deep" cleaning most likely bc spiderwebs and dust had accumulated in spots). However, we learned the front door may seem to latch, but didn't. You had to make a point to shut and PULL it to ensure it latched well. If not, anyone could push or pull the door open even if its locked on the inside. We learned about this when we opened the balcony door and the front door flew open. And the door would always shut rather aggressively after entering/leaving so we were surprised it didn't latch well. I always want a room with a washer and dryer. This has one. It is a small, stackable combo, but it severed the purpose. The dryer however-needs attention because it took multiple 1 hour cycles (4+ cycles) to completely dry on high heat (no it wasn't overloaded). Maybe the dryer vent needs attention because it has a long way to travel to vent. I loved the travel DOVE soap bars and shampoo/conditioner. I love the extra name-brand essentials that were offered. The full pantry of appliances such as blender, pans, toaster and more! This is our 3rd year booking with Vacasa and we will continue to book through them. We have always had a great, clean place to stay when we are traveling.

Great location, but poor communication through 3rd party

We've stayed at Sterling Breeze before and based on prior experience I reached out to the owner 5 days in advance of our stay to request pillows, linens, and a blanket for the pull out couch as we are a family of 5. I received no response. Vacasa called and had to confirm my age due to spring bnreak season, and I asked again to ensure that there are linens for the pull out couch which they said would put a note in for the property manager. We arrived and guess what, no linens as requested. I called again, and all they could do was put a ticket in. My kid slept with a beach towel on him that first night. I then had to call again the next day , all they could do was escalate the ticket. Finally, got the bed linens later that second day, and finally got a response to my initial email 8 days later!! The communication is really disappointing and I feel bad for whoever has to deal with a large problem getting resolved. They could also clean a little better, huge dusty wall in the bedroom and dust hanging off the kitchen cabinets. Otherwise, Condo was lovely, very well equipped kitchen and bath towels, Nice decor and enough patio seating with a working grill, which is was a huge plus!

Very nice

This is a very nice condo!! Perfect view of the ocean, super close to tons of shopping and restaurants. The master bed was super comfortable and clean, we didn’t use the bunk beds. It was fairly clean at first glance but there was a build up of dust on the ceiling fans, floors left our feet dirty after walking around, some food residue left in the cabinets and on the side of the refrigerator, minor things. I suggest bringing some good quality dish soap if you plan on using the dishes. We pulled the plates out to use them and there was a grease film left so we had to re wash them. We would still defiantly stay again!

Family vacation

The condo was beautiful. Exactly as described. Staff was friendly. All amenities were there. We had a blast. This was our first family vacation together and we plan to come back. Only thing I would suggest is having a walk way to the beach instead of stairs. Its hard to get wagons and coolers up and down. Especially after a fun filled day on the beach. Other than that, a beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful views and clean living

Overall this is a great little condo. It really did have pretty much everything we needed. I especially liked having a washer/dryer combo and a refrigerator that made ice...so convenient. The view is beautiful from the balcony and I enjoyed eating my breakfast and reading while listening to the sound of the waves. Quite quiet saying we went in the middle of July. Super pleasant experience. The only mark off that I would give is that the wifi is atrocious. It is spotty and inconsistent but if you're okay with going a bit offline then it really isn't that big of a deal.

Can’t control the weather, but the property and location really help!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Breeze, unfortunately our weather wasn’t great, but the condo was clean and appeared just like in the photos. It’s a great view of the ocean from the 15th floor. The heated pool and hot tub, along with direct beach access were fantastic. It’s also within walking distance of Pier Park the board walk and a good majority of the other shops, restaurants and target/wal mart for any extra supplies. We had no wifi issues and thought the beds were comfortable unlike some of the other condos. Only recommendation I would make is if you plan to use the bunk beds, my kids move a lot in their sleep and the bottom bunk is pretty high up still off the tile floor and potentially securing the rails on the top bunk. They just decided to sleep on the couch pull out instead and were just fine. Looking forward to another future stay!

Terrible plumbing issues.

Both shower and tub would not drain. Ended 5 minute shower with 3 inches of water on the tub and shower. If that sounds gross, it was. Also hot water ran out halfway through second shower. Did not make my wife happy. Called Vacassa Customer No Service, reported the drain problem, never received a call back nor was problem fixed during my stay.

Decent condo

All in all this was a decent stay. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities. The Wi-Fi did not work consistently and the pillows were very low quality. Another down fall was the elevators in the building didn’t run consistently. One elevator was down for the majority of our stay. I would give the room itself a 4/5. Pool/beach access were great. Would stay again.

Beach Condo Review

Enjoyed several days in this condo. Property was clean, well maintained and had comfortable bedding. Only real negative was the wifi was not secure and to send messages we often had to leave the balcony or couch and go to the kitchen or at times to the front door for messages to send.
