Come check out this charming high rise condo in Panama City! Wake up to gorgeous gorgeous ocean views each morning and sip your coffee on your own private balcony. With a number of water sports available, you can be sure you'll have a memorable experience.

With such a convenient location you'll be able to find something for everybody. Gulf World Marine Park and Pier Park are just a short distance away - experience a dolphin encounter and learn about the sea world! Premier seafood restaurants are less than a mile away. Steps away from the beach, you can enjoy a stroll day or night.

Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The Calypso Towers Resort itself is wonderful. Great area, safe, well lit, family friendly grounds, close to many things to do, in walking distance. The particular condo unit we rented had multiple issues that needed attention after we arrived.

We love Calypso!

We love the location of Calypso, but this unit needs some love. The decor is not in great shape, the walls need painting, the bed needs new sheets. The sheets were terrible, the cotton was all balled up and felt very rough to the touch. Like I said we have stayed at Calypso before and loved it but this unit needs some love!

Great location

Absolutely LOVE the location of this resort!!! It’s perfect to park and walk pretty much everywhere you want to go. The company was the best with communication and was an extremely smooth checkin and out process. The room was clean, but could use a good deep cleaning and an update. Everything was dated. The wall by the dishwasher had water damage and the dryer had to be turned on about 6 times to dry a small load of towels. Just needs a little TLC, but would definitely stay again!

Family Trip 5/2023

I would definitely stay again but the condo really needs a fresh paint job and needs to be updated. The private parking is the best but the 2P-13 1007 is not correct and need to be painted on the wall with the correct room number 2P-13 1107. It took forever to get anyone to help. I had to finally walk up to the front desk and ask. But other than that it was a great stay.

Not impressed

4 towels, one dish towel, dryer did not work. It took 270 minutes to dry 4 towels! No mop or dust pan in condo at all. Paper thin walls. We could hear parties from just about every place in condo and this was not coming from tiki bar one man band. This resort is NOT a family friendly place......its party zone!

Beautiful view, great service and communication by VACASA Condo is worn and in need of upgrades, master bedroom in front of unit- noisy from passing guests, you can’t open bathroom door without closing bedroom Master TV unable to operate Baseboard falling off wall in kitchen, walls beat up- needs paint Living room furniture so saggy difficult to sit for long period of time Kitchen supplies very limited Light bulbs out, no dishwasher soap provided

Condo (1107W) needs to be updated

Needs new appliances. As soon as we arrived the toilet needed to be fixed. Stove didn’t work, dryer didn’t work, foldout couch was pure torture, absolutely not sleepable. There were no blankets provided nor did it say we needed to bring our own. Silverware and dishes were not properly cleaned because food was stuck on them. We love Caylpso condos but was very disappointed with this particular one.

Review of Calypso 2-1107W

I loved that the Calypso was close to everything including Pier Park. It is located on the main strip on Front Beach Road and is in walking distance to everything. I also loved the view of the beach. This unit could stand to be updated. The oven did not work and I could only get two of the eyes on the stove to work. The sofa and loveseat in the living room was worn out and old. The mattress for the bed in the master bedroom was hard and uncomfortable. There was no dishwashing liquid or filters for the coffee maker which I had to buy on my own. I had a nice time but please update this unit and show it a little more love

Trouble from check in on

The condo was super clean the location was great. We have stay at calypso lots of times. Now to check in on First we get to the garage to park and someone was in it. Called Vacasa for help and got done talk to them 8times. The security guard told us we couldn’t park there it was owners only. Paid $50 and couldn’t even park it spot. Vacasa told me the last call they would find out way and call me back. Well i’m in Tennessee and vacation is over and never heard from them. Don’t rent from Vacasa they will tel you what you want to hear and not follow up at all. I hope the owners of this condo reads this and does something about who they use for services.

Calypso 1107W Month Rental

I stayed at this unit for a month in February. Overall, the place was decent with a great view of the ocean. Negatives: - The unit furniture was very dated. - The lamps didn’t really work that well so the unit living area was poorly lit. - The TVs are very small and need to be updated. - The foldout couch bed mattress was awful! I had guest stay over and they couldn’t sleep on it. We had to use the bunk beds mattress instead. The unit isn’t great and needs major updating with the decor and furniture. Positives - Nice kitchen - Nice view/deck - Nearby to shopping and restaurants. - Great WIFI - Great maintenance/management support. They came onsite right away and fixed my issues the best they could.

Parking pass and condo exp

We checked in fine. When we got to the condo and was using things. Well the dryer kept opening up because the filter was broke. The hair dryers didn’t work. They blew air. No dishwashing liquid. Then our parking pass was a mess. The pass they gave us expired the day before we were to check out. Even after contacting them again to get help. The pass they sent us still didn’t work. We had to get security both times to get in and out. Ridiculous!!

Good time at PCB…

We loved the location being right on the beach and walking distance to Pier Park. Also, the private parking spot that came with our condo was wonderful. Almost wouldn’t stay at Calypso without it. The parking across the street is very inconvenient.

Bday weekend

Checkin was a breeze Except for gate code, 1107 does have a dedicated parking spot on the ground level but you need a gate code to get in the parking garage under the building, the wrong codes were sent in the email, Call the number provide “ do not email “ , I called the help desk and the lady was very helpful , she contacted the local VACASA representative who was extremely help and was able to resolve our issue. The condo was very nice, the view fantastic, the tv’s are a little challenging but all in all fine. Would book again.

Lots to do in walking distance

We started the check-in prosses with having to walk the property to find someone with the passcode for the parking. Very frustrating. The A/C does not work in the elevator areas, it blows but not cold. T/V's are small and furnishings are very dated. Patio looked like drinks had been spilled & not cleaned up, I know we all pay a hefty cleaning fee. Minor damages through out the unit. Dryer did not work. We reported it & did not hear anything back from maintenance for 2 days. For what they charge, the little things matter to me. Really just minor issues. As for the beach, seaweed was come and go for this time of year. Beautiful beach view (its beach front in Panama City, FL, kinda hard to mess that up). Plenty of room for (6) people. Everything you want or need is either in walking distance or less than a 5 minute drive. 4 stars just due to lack of updates and maintenance

Beautiful Blue Water

The location is just perfect; within close proximity of everything. The view from our unit was spectacular and the access to the beach was great. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A wonderful and relaxing getaway!!!
