This exquisitely-furnished Calypso penthouse is outfitted to make your stay on the Emerald Coast far above the ordinary. Relax on your balcony and enjoy the panoramic view of the white sand and gulf from our one-bedroom penthouse-level condominium, a breathtaking vantage of the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. It’s ideal for a romantic getaway or families with one or two children.

Begin your day exactly the way you want, whether that’s with a cup of coffee and a stroll along the shore or some cardio at the onsite fitness facility. Unwind while you float in one of the two beachfront pools (one seasonally heated to 85 degrees) or sunbathe on the beach. A large Caribbean Tiki bar, providing smoothies, beers, wines, and dry snacks, sits between the two freeform pools. Lounge on the beach using the beach chairs and umbrella that are provided during your stay (March 1st - October 31st). The afternoon sun turns into breathtaking sunsets, providing a stunning cap to your exciting day...or a showy opening number for an enchanted evening.

After a day in the sun, Pier Park puts 900,000 square feet of retailers, boutiques, restaurants and attractions full of local flavor right at your feet.


THE ACCOMMODATIONS

From the moment you walk through the door you’ll see the difference. Because this is the only penthouse in the east tower of this floor plan, the ceilings are 9’ throughout, lending an open feel you won’t find in the other Calypso Resort units. The rich colors and thoughtful details will make this the place you want to return to every time you visit the beach.

The open KITCHEN area overlooking the water features shining granite counter tops, handsome cabinets and stainless appliances. It’s fully stocked with everything you need to prep and serve a gourmet meal or just a quick snack.

The LIVING ROOM, designed as a gathering place for everyone, features a comfortable sofa (it opens into a queen sleeper) and matching love seat. We’re sure there’s a perfect perch for you to play board games around the coffee table or enjoy the 60” flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows. We’ve sweated the details to make this a memorable stay so you don’t have to. Make sure to sign the guest book and tell us what you loved about your holiday!

The MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious King-sized plantation style canopy bed with a top-of-the-line pillow-top mattress. It might make you prefer to kick open the glass doors and watch the morning unfold from there instead of leaving your cocoon. We wouldn’t blame you. A 55 inch flat screen television on the wall allows you to wake up to the morning news. A generous walk-in closet provides plenty of space for all your beachwear and beach gear. Even if you over-pack, there’s no clutter underfoot.

The master bedroom opens into a private MASTER BATH, complete with a walk-in shower, double sinks and a large garden tub. Rinse off the sand and hit the town or relax with a glass of wine while you finish your beach read. You won’t be bumping elbows and fighting for vanity space. A half bath is located off the living room for the convenience of your guests.

THE BALCONY is accessible from either the living room or the master bedroom and stretches the entire length of the condo. A table, chairs and a lounger let you enjoy the sights and sounds of the gulf over breakfast, cocktails or while you nap in the shade.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience in a separate laundry room, adjacent to the powder room.


THE BEACHES

Coming in town for a softball or baseball tournament? Calypso Beach Resort is the closest to Frank Brown Sports Complex and Park...you can see the park from the condo! Come back between games to take a break!

Pier Park, an extensive tropical-feel life-style center, is located adjacent to Calypso Resort and Towers. It brings a new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach, boasting approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting. There’s an entertainment venue for open-air summer concerts and annual festivals. The Grand Theater contains sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating—NOW WITH IMAX. Boutiques such as Ulta Cosmetics and Ann Taylor Loft are in the mix with large retailers like Dillard’s, JC Penney, Target, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop and an upscale grocery. Among the numerous restaurants are Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Panera Bread Company, Johnny Rockets, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Destin’s Back Porch Seafood House, Longhorn Steak House, Olive Garden and two Starbucks.

Topgolf has opened right around the corner- Enjoy year-round comfort in their hitting bays with cooling fans in the summer and heated bays in the winter, all with HDTVs in every bay and throughout their sports bar and restaurant. Using their complimentary clubs or your own, take aim at the giant outfield targets and their high-tech balls will score themselves.

All of this with just a short walk, never even having to get in your car!

We supply each of our guests with an emailed Welcome Packet that contains all the necessary information and more for your stay with us. Advanced Deposits

We take a $200 Refundable Damage Deposit/Reservation Hold. This is returned to you within 4 - 10 days of your departure date provided nothing is missing or damaged. Your Deposit is due at the time you fill out your Rental Form in order to hold your desired time frame. The rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept credit cards.
