LOVE splash. But this condominium has roaches. Vacasa has the worst communication system ever. Still yet to get the problem resolved. WiFi doesn’t work either. Tip if you’re looking at this property, is to stay far away from any rooms associated with Vacasa and book with an actual person.

Nice view comfortable beds downfall door to balconies very hard to open and no need for a alarm clock the noise from the above floor will wake you up but besides that we had a good stay had a issue with the tv guy came to fix not very nice spoke down about owner didn’t fix a lady that worked the Vacasa from the front desk had it fixed in no time

Needs Improvement

The gift shop where you are instructed to check in, buy a parking pass, and get your wristbands is only open from 9am-5pm. This means if you arrive after 5pm you'll have to wait until the next day to get everything you need. The property needs better lighting on the lobby floor as it is very dim once the sun goes down. There is no front desk staff on site for questions after hours and you can't get in touch with anyone via the 1-800 number that they provide. The property needs more elevators to accommodate the volume of people staying in the resort. Lots of large trash items are left outside of units. The bathrooms in the public areas by the pools had many stalls out of order and it was overall pretty disgusting. They do not have a ramp leading down to the beach so if you have a wagon you have to carry it down a couple flights of stairs. The unit we stayed in 802W had missing blinds in the master bedroom that allowed lots of sunlight into the room so that sucked especially if you like to sleep in. They had what appeared to be dried throw up on the shower curtain in the guest bathroom. A chair was missing from the kitchen table and they don't have a hair dryer anywhere in the unit. Definitely things that can be improved.

A week in May

The unit is a great choice for a quick getaway that my wife and I decided to take. The view is unmatched. You are high enough to see everything and close enough to the water to hear the waves. We would go back.

Ample room for the four of us. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels provided. Great beach view. Kitchen well stocked. In mid April, the pools were heated and the kids enjoyed them, but the kid sized water park water was cold. So our seven year olds didn’t play in there after their first venture in. Much preferred the heated pools. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Family Vacay

This was our first time booking with Vacasa. Vacasa made things so simple and easy to book, and kept me updated with reminders(I really like that) . This was my very first time with my fam jam at the Splash Resort. We absolutely loved it so much! The whole resort is kid friendly and very family oriented. Our condo was amazing. Super clean, very spacious and the view was phenomenal. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location and view

The condo is in a perfect location and the view is spectacular. The unit is comfortably furnished and decorated very cute! There were a few things we noticed - mold around the fan/exhaust in the master bathroom, some paint peeling in the living room from water damage and a few missing blind slats. But it really is a great unit in a great location!

The resort overall was wonderful! It’s the perfect place to cover a variety of things for all ages. However, the check in process needs to be changed. Only being able to check in between 4-6 pm (even though the front desk and registration closes at 5pm) there were no luggage haulers available and the wait for elevators was extended to where it took us over 2 hours to unload our vehicle. The overall cleanliness of our room was what to expect for an on beach room, but the master bathroom vent had black mold all over/around it. That’s pretty bad considering it’s an easy thing to wipe down.

The good, the bad, the ugly

The Good - kids had a blast. Pool facilities were nice and clean. Patio furniture was very nice. Distance from the condo to parking was nice, without considering the elevators. The Bad - elevator issues. 20+ minutes wait every time during day hours. Known maintenance the week we were staying and no sharing of this prior to arrival or booking. 10 remote controls and not on worked for the TV in the living room. The Ugly - condo was extremely dirty. Hair and trash under beds, trash in cupboards and fridge. Master bedroom mattress was terribly used up and smelled like urine. Bed frame was broken. Master toilet leaks. Main slider door handle broken making opening and closing a pain. SMOKING... no need to have patio slider doors open as neighboring unit guests were smoking on their patios. We mentioned the smoking twice with no intervention from management.

Overall visit was okay, there was a constant dragging /roaring noise all day and night. The balcony door in living room was broken, the pull shades constantly getting stuck. Several areas throughout the building such as bar area by pool needs to be touched up, flakey paint, the vent area on Lobby floor needs repatched. Other than these few things stay was good.

Great place!

I loved this condo! It was big and very clean. We had plenty of room to spread out. The pools are great and it’s a very short walk to the beach. I only wish the building had more elevators. Everything was great!

Perfect place!

Very nice and large space. Everything was clean, updated appliances. The 2 kids Adirondack chairs on the balcony where great for my kids and the adult seating on the balcony was great as well. Perfect view of the ocean without being up too high. Very comfortable beds and couches, overall I have no complaints and will stay again. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great 3 night getaway

Check in was very smooth! Condo was beautiful. Balcony view was awesome. Kiddo loved the pools and beach. Always something to do! Sometimes elevator was slow but we had a blast. I recommend this especially if you have little kid!
