Unlike some corporate managed units we have furnished our two (2) bedroom and (2) bath condo in the way our family enjoys for beach vacation getaways. We maintain a seven day minimum Saturday to Saturday model from Memorial day week to the third Saturday in August. All other times it is a three day minimum.

Splash 302E will give you that happy beach feeling both outside and inside. Breathtaking low floor view much better than those at higher floors. A big attraction is the water park which kids adore and can't get enough of.
The unit features unique comfortable beach themed furnishings throughout completely upgraded kitchen appliances and full size Washer and Dryer. Comfortable accommodations for six(6) people in beds are provided. The bedrooms and Great Room are complete with attractive ceiling fans that help you cool off during those hot summer days. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Size Bed with pillow top mattress. It also features a giant glass door that easily opens to the smell, view and the sound of the emerald coast of the Gulf of Mexico. The Second Bedroom features a comfortable queen bed.
The upgraded kitchen features upgraded appliances, granite counters with custom cabinets and is completely equipped with utensils, coffee maker, electric appliances, cookware, bake-ware and storage ware. The kitchen is equipped with all that you would expect in your own home. Both clean and attractive bathrooms include granite counters, combination bathtub/showers. Color-coordinated towels and other decorative accessories provide the finishing touches! There is also great water pressure and plenty of hot water to wash off the Gulf of Mexico at the end of the day.
The Balcony stretches outside the length of the condo with sliding door access from both the Great Room and Master Bedroom, and features comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the incredible views. The whole family will enjoy watching the Dolphins, Pelicans, people ;-) and other wildlife.

With our owner managed unit there is no need to even stop at the front desk. Before you can begin using Splash amenities some one in your party will need to stop by the Splash HOA check in desk to pay the $35 fee per Car and pick up parking passes and armbands for all in your party. The front door lock features a push-button combination lock that we will program with your unique entry code valid for your stay. No need for a physical key or magnetic card that can get lost in the sand! We can easily provide 302E access to last-minute renters or guests who have lost their code by sending the codes via email or text message.
On site maintenance and security helps keep your vacation as trouble free as possible.

The front bedroom window needs some drapes to block out the light from the hall. TV worked great with lots of channels. Great price per night. The bathroom door in the master bath is hard to use.

We had a blast

Check in was a breeze but finding a luggage cart was a task to unload the car. Our room was everything we needed for our stay. One of the door knobs to the smaller bathroom was broken when we arrived. It was fixed immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Spring Break get away

Rhis is our second stay at the Splash. We like the Splash location bc its quiet and is family focused. Our previous unit was on the first floor and the view was great but the 3rd floor view was even better. I loved being able to lay in bed and look at the ocean. I had to do a lot of personal work so it was nice to be in the master bedroom and still see the ocean. The beaches were closed most of our trip but we still enjoyed the time away and the opportunity to just be together - exploring other local areas and gardens. . Highly recommend!!

Great family vacation spot

Check-in and access very easy. Nice place for families and close to many restaurants and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Splash Resort. Condo was a bit more dated than my impression from pictures but was clean and quite roomy. A major plus of this property for me was inclusion of beach loungers and umbrella set up! Beach attendants were also friendly and helpful.

Our first day at the property my wife had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital for triple bybass surgery. We did not get to use the facility much as we were at the hospital most of the time. What time we did spend at th facility was very satisfying.

Great week at the beach

The unit was in good condition. The view of the ocean was great. If I had to nitpick Iā€™d only ding the unit on the master bedroom mattress. It wasnā€™t bad, just canā€™t recall last time I slept where I could hear the springs. Tv in master didnā€™t get any channels either. But that is literally the extent of my issues and when you go to the beach you go for the beach. I would recommend this place for anyone with younger children to utilize the lazy river and water area more. Great stay.

Great place to stay! Everything was a smooth process! Excellent views and beach! Close to anything you could want. Room was nice and had everything we needed. Beds and linens could be updated. Sheets had balls on them from a lot of use. Mattress pad was stained pretty bad. A lot of the reviews were bad about the beds. It wasnā€™t too bad. I was ok with it. Others in the group did not like at all. Other than that it was a fun get away.

perfect location

Comfortable condo. Perfect for our needs. Great location. On the quiter side of the beach. Condo was equipped with everthing that we needed for the relaxing weekend. The only negative comment would be this. Had we been a been a family with small children, we would have been disappointed in that two of the pools were closed, the big one drained completely. Painting was going on everywhere, so you had to be very careful where you touched. I guess my point is that it would be a good idea to let prospective renters know what kind of repair and closures are going on. But again we had a great time, and would definitely rent again if available.

Nice weekend until..

Really enjoyed the weekend. The condo is close to the elevator and on the third floor making beach access very simple. Water park and pool were ok. The lazy river was only functioning one day of the three. The splash pad was only half working two days. Overall the water and beach were fun. The bad and I'm sorry flat gross part was when we stripped the sheets off the beds. The mattress pads were absolutely stained yellow brown all over. Both beds were like this. We were very disappointed that we had no idea what we were laying on. It was very disturbing. There is no way the cleaning people etc. could not have been aware of this and replaced them.

Summer vacay

We have stayed at Splash in the past and my 5 year old loved it. However, this trip was not as enjoyable. The resort is overcrowded, security bugs you about arm bands but doesn't stop ppl from smoking or kids from "clowning around". The pools were not kept as clean this year, nor were the grounds. The actual unit could use some money put back into it. Ice maker didn't work, no oven mitts (hope you have fire proof hands), sink smelled bad, mildew on shower curtain (we took them down and washed them). The dryer takes 2 hours to dry clothes, and the carpet really needs replacing. Oh....and the towels look like they belong in a Super 8....not a "luxury resort".

We had a great time as always at PCB. The owner was great with communicating. A couple of things to note. The master bed, although my step-dad likes it at first, it ended up giving both he and my mom terrible back problem. No support and you can feel the springs. The 2nd bedroom was ok. But a terrible bed, not a great one. The bathrooms had very few places for 5 people to hang up towels and swimsuits. The master bath had no hooks, 1 towel bar, and a small towel bar for a hand towel. The 2nd bath had 1 towel rack and 1 hook on the back of the door. We ended up buying command hooks to hang all of our stuff on. The ice maker is slow, but works. Location in resort was great! Right by elevators. I do wish we didnā€™t have to walk over a walkway to get from our car to the resort though. Pools were nice, my 10 year old loved the small water park, and the beach was easily accessible. It does have stairs though, which makes it difficult to get wagons down by yourself. Overall, we had a great time.

Loved Splash resort, this particular condo was ok.

We had a great time the week we stayed at splash resort. This particular condo had awesome reviews so I was excited to stay here. My Condo review: This condo needs a good cleaning and update! Upon entering the condo I noticed the chair and couch in the living room were not clean. The pillows smelled and were very dingy. The couch smelled and felt wet. We even layed down beach towels when we layed our head on the couch or pillows. Both rooms only had 2 towels, no back ups! We had to wash our towels everyday. The carpets could have also used a good cleaning. The entire place needed a thorough clean down. Also, huge balcony but I was not impressed with the patio furniture. They had a high top table that was small and uncomfortable and 2 other rusty chairs. With such a big balcony it would have been nice to have a nice size low table and chairs to sit and eat or play cards. Resort Review: The Resort was fun but Beach was very crowded, you had to get up super early to get a nice spot right in front of the water. It was nice staying on 3rd floor because elevators are really slow and we used the stairs often. That was my only complaint about the resort. I would stay at this resort, but would try a different condo. Hopefully owners will take note and clean, replace furniture and add towels!

It is what you would expect for a condo

This unit is what you would expect in Panama City Beach for a condo. Upon entry, the unit was very clean. All floors were mopped and the carpet was vacuumed. There were no weird smells coming from the unit. It was comfortable inside the unit as the thermostat was set on 72. We noticed immediately that the furniture in the living room was different from the pictures. Not like it was that big of a deal to us. As mentioned in some other reviews, the primary bedroom mattress is past it's life cycle. You could feel the springs in the mattress and there was an obvious slope toward each side. It was very uncomfortable and my lower back is still recovering. Another topic mentioned in previous reviews is about the carpet. Yes, carpet is in the living room, primary bedroom and the front guest room. The carpet is worn out and is in need of replacement. Especially in the high traffic areas of the living room and primary bedroom. The other negatives were with the resort itself. Yes, the elevators were an issue. Sometimes up to a 20 minute wait were common. Of course we took the stairs as much as possible, but with a wife that is 26 weeks pregnant, sometimes the elevator was more convenient. The complex was extremely busy, which made for tight quarters both on the beach and at the pools. So if you don't like people being that close to you, then keep that in mind. The last issue revolved around a group that decided to blast their hard core hip-hop music down to the pool area. They were in the unit next to ours, so it was nothing for the music to be heard at the pool. After notifying security and waiting about 30 minutes for security to do their job, it finally stopped. I know these issues are out of the owners control and they do not reflect the review of the unit. Just of the complex itself. The only issue we had with the unit during our stay was the shower curtain rod in the primary bathroom came down. I notified the owner immediately. Unbeknownst to us, maintenance came the next day to repair the rod. Overall, this was an average stay. Nothing great, but nothing that made it horrible.

The room was just as described. Good room for two kiddos 1 and 3 years old and 4 adults. I have no complaints about the room at all. Kids enjoyed looking at the people at the pool from the balcony. I truly didnā€™t find any thing wrong with the room. The resort was okay, just wasnā€™t super duper impressed, mainly because the water in the pools and kiddy play are was FREEZING but that didnā€™t stop my 3 year old but still, it shouldnt be that cold.

We had a Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at this beach condo. The place was clean and had great views of the beach from balcony. They added little cute touches to the rooms/bathrooms to welcome us. We would definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

Summer Vacation

The property was perfect. It was clean and the bedrooms were just right. The view from the balcony was amazing. You can't go wrong with this for a family vacation.
