Rising from the sand, this sunny and bright condo offers incredible views of the white, sandy beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Spread out and relax inside, or sit outside on your private, furnished balcony and breathe in the fresh, salty air. Prepare meals and quick beach snacks in your well-equipped kitchen, and then experience all the on-site amenities including shared, heated swimming pool, fitness room, and convenient beach access.

In addition to being located right on the beach, the Shipwreck Island Waterpark is located right across the street from the complex, offering fun times for visitors of all ages. Check out a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf. There are also several dining options available.

THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 12 above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
