Sleeping up to14 people comfortably plus infants, the villa is within 30 minutes of Nice airport. Valbonne Village, Grasse, Antibes, Cannes, Monaco, St Paul de Vence are all accessible from the villa by car.
There are 7 bedrooms: A private sumptuous Master Suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and a large sitting/dressing room and a spacious Ensuite Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Two other bedrooms also have private Ensuite Bathrooms.
The kitchen is charmingly decorated and fully-equipped with all modern appliances. There is a state-of-the-art US fridge, a separate ice-maker, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
There are two large comfortable sitting rooms on different levels. The Garden Level area includes a games table, table football and 75' television. The sitting room on the Main Floor has a large Balcony for breakfast or apéritifs.
