Easy access to skiing & downtown Breck. Pool + hot tub. Family friendly.

Our in-town, family-friendly condo is within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and a quick (free) bus ride to the slopes. Two spacious bedrooms, updated kitchen, a large living area, and two immaculate bathrooms make for a comfortable home away from home for the whole family. Relax in the newly renovated indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas at the clubhouse. Read a book in front of our fireplace. Go for a hike along the river or on nearby trails. Play tennis, basketball, pickleball, or volleyball on the private courts. Love at first stay!

The community clubhouse includes an indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas, as well as a billiards room. The pool and hot tub were renovated and brand new as of June 2024! Go for a swim and feel free to use the pool towels that we provide.

Take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and all the conveniences of home. Seating for 6 at the dining room table. Use the gas grill on the balcony just off of the kitchen.

Stretch out in a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. Plenty of space! Get a great night's sleep... maybe even better than at home.

We are an easy 10-15 min walk (downhill!) to the center of Main Street. You can also jump on the Breckenridge "Free Ride" shuttle to or from downtown and several ski lifts. The shuttle comes right to the front of our complex.

Stay in touch with friends back home using the free WiFi, and kick back and watch tv in either the living room or master bedroom. We have cable tv and a large collection of DVDs for your enjoyment. Feel free to use the smart tv to access your streaming services.

Our condo includes one covered parking spot. Extra parking is also available a few steps away from the unit.

Pack light and make use of our convenient in-condo washer and dryer. We provide detergent and dryer sheets.

Our large private balcony is perfect for relaxing, grilling, and enjoying the mountain views.

SUPER CLEAN! Our professional cleaners follow CDC guidelines to ensure our condo is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. As you can see from our reviews, we have always prided ourselves on the quality of cleaning. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your stay! There is no front desk or keys you have to bother with; a keyless code is used to access the unit.

The condo was clean with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Amy, the owner was very attentive and communicative. She goes out of her way to make sure that you enjoy your time. Wi-Fi, TV, laundry, pool facility were all a plus. You will need a car or to take the bus to town but overall I would recommend this as a place to stay 100%.

Great place in Breck!

This was a great place for my husband and I to experience Breck for the first time! The owners put so much thought into each aspect of the home and made signs to make it easier to use everything. Great decorations and comfortable furniture also has us wanting to come back next time we’re in Breck.

Weekend in Breckenridge

This was a great property for our quick trip to Breckenridge. The location is ideal to get to the slopes via bus - the bus stop was steps away from the front door. Main Street is a short walk (or bus ride) away. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Excellent rental with everything that we needed!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! They had everything that we could have expected to need, even down to umbrellas and tennis equipment. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the well renovated place! Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to coming back sometime!

Outstanding Accommodation!

The apartment was sparkling clean, very well equipped and super comfortable for our family of four. The ease of getting to/from ski areas and downtown is a huge convenience too! The check in/out instructions and process was seamless and simple. Thank you for the welcome bottle of bubbles too!

Perfect stay

This condo is located on the far south end of Breckenridge, and is walkable to downtown. It is immaculate and well appointed. Beds, linens, and towels are very comfortable. The washer/dryer were very much appreciated! Reserved covered parking is provided right in front of the condo - a huge perk in this town.The owners are responsive, helpful, and flexible.We have no negatives to report, it is a great VRBO!

Sweet little condo!

We enjoyed our stay! Very conveniently located close to skiing, shopping, dining! Highly recommend! Only complaint has nothing to do with condo itself. I wish the property had regular service to clear roads/access within property itself, but wouldn’t prevent me from going back!

Ski trip

Unfortunately, we had a member come down with altitude sickness and we only got to stay 1 night. The host made the process very simple and was very thorough. The facilities were excellent. The location is excellent. This is a very professional process. One word can some the entire stay up, Excellent.

Can't say enough about this property! It has been totally updated and offers all amenities you will need. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. I appreciated how they give you plenty of dishwashing detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, soap/shampoo, etc. (no need to bring your own or have to purchase while there) We've stayed in some places where they only allow you minimal items. They also provide equipment to enjoy pickleball, basketball, and plenty of pool towels. Amy was extremely punctual in her response and assistance. It is accurate to say about 7-8 min walk to Main street in Breck, however we did drive to town some and always able to find plenty of public parking. We look forward to returning to this unit again!

Summer in Breckenridge is refreshing

Excellent location to escape the heat and humidity. Nicely appointed condo within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. Convenient access to free shuttle bus. Pros: Well equipped kitchen with spices, condiments, coffee/tea included Nicely updated bathrooms with shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion included. Soft large bath towels Basketball, tennis, pickleball supplies included, great for our teens to play Condo unit was quiet even with the windows open at night Grill on deck was a great feature Loved the walkability of the area, convenient access to trails Owners were responsive to any questions Cons: beds/couch weren’t the most comfortable.

Great location, clean and comfortable

My wife and I booked this property on the very day we left our hometown to escape the 100 degree temperatures in the forecast. I chose it because my wife was impressed by the 5 star cleanliness rating, and the pictures showed that it was modern and recently decorated. It did not disappoint. It was spotless, and tastefully decorated. It a very informative binder and helpful placards to explain the location and operation of everything from the wifi to the television. We had an issue with a dead battery in the door keypad, and Amy, the owner responded immediately to our call, and already had a backup plan in place for just such an emergency. The location is very convenient to downtown Breckenridge. We loved it and would definitely go back.

Great Condo for Skiing and time with Family

We stayed here 4 nights with myself, youngest son, and his 2 buddies for some spring break skiing. The condo was very clean, plenty of space and everything was in great working order. The shuttle stops right at the front of the condo, and drops you off at the slopes, easy breezy. The locker next to the front door is perfect for storing your ski and boards overnight. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in, the patio was spacious with a huge grill. Fireplace was nice in the evenings. The communication with the owners was probably the best I have ever experienced on VRBO. Check-in/out instructions perfect and easy to follow. Boys used the hot tub and pool table a few nights. The towels that are provided for the hot tub / pool where very nice. The condo was quite, with plenty of windows to see out.. I would personally recommend this condo for any occasion while in Breck. You wil not be disappointed.

Excellent!

Loved this vrbo in Breck, CO. Totally updated and one light in the second bathroom played music. Our grandson flipped over it. Great location and talked to the owners several times and they were wonderful! I cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend and will definitely go back. Sherry & John Ouderkirk C

Amazing property with great location

This property was stocked up with a lot of great kitchen items and very clean. The outdoor grill was an great bonus. All the beds were very updated and comfy. The updated bathrooms were a nice touch. Would defiantly stay here again.

The Perfect Quick Getaway

This condo is beautifully renovated with excellent use of space. Amy has thoughtfully prepared little touches with USB hubs next to the beds, games, signs and even umbrellas! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely organized. The oven and refrigerator were super clean. No wait, let me reframe...the whole condo was spotless! The location is great, beds and pullout couch were all comfortable, and having a dedicated covered parking spot in Breck is so convenient. Thank you for sharing this wonderful space!

Great for families!

The condo was exactly as described. Great layout! Loved the finishes in the condo! Condo was just outside of the busy main street area, excellent for staying with kids, but a quick drive or walk or anywhere you needed to go. Owner was great with communicating throughout our stay! Will try to book again our next time in Breck!

Nice place!

Location was convenient to the ski resort and downtown Breckenridge. Covered parking was a plus as we received 15+” of snow while we were there. The place is exactly as advertised on VRBO. The owners were quick to respond on a few questions that we had during the stay. Only area for improvement would be the comfort level of the foam mattress in the master bedroom.
