Relaxing Lake Gaston Getaway (two separate living spaces; sleeps 9)

This house is a perfect getaway for all ages! With a living room upstairs and a bonus room downstairs (with an extra large couch, ping pong table, and wide screen television), this house allows separate living spaces for everyone to relax comfortably. It is positioned on a large cove that opens up directly to the main part of the lake offering tons of outdoor fun including boating, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, sun bathing, and more.
The water is shin deep at the water's edge and progressively gets deeper at the dock (over 5') and drops off even more immediately after making it perfectly safe to jump and dive. Two large screen televisions, WIFI, generous upper and lower outdoor seating, a grill, and a beautiful view gives multiple ways to unwind. The fully furnished kitchen is perfect for cooking any meal.
Multiple outdoor amenities await you at this lake house. The dock and boat house offer cleats and bumpers to tie down your boat safely. Numerous water toys including a paddle board, adult and child kayaks, water noodles, skis, floats, as well as adult and child life jackets are provided. A newly renovated spa-like outside bathroom (with a with a sink, toilet, and rain shower head) adds to this house's convenience when you're outside or playing in the lake and don't want to stop the fun or dry off to come inside. In the evenings you can put your toes in the sand while you enjoy the lake.
There is WIFI and AppleTV on the two large screened televisions, games, books and magazines, and a ping pong table are just a few of the amenities to take advantage of inside. Grilling out on the deck while overlooking the lake is a perfect way to end the day.
A spacious graveled parking area in the front of the house allows for multiple vehicles as well as boat trailers.
All of your linens, including towels, sheets, beach towels, and kitchen hand towels are provided and included. Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins) as well as hand and dish soap are also provided. A washer and dryer are available on the bottom floor if needed during your stay.
During your stay you'll have access to the entire house. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dinning space, living space, and outside deck. There is another bedroom, full bathroom, bonus room/spacious living area, and outside deck on the bottom floor. You also have access to a full outside bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
The area's only grocery store is located approximately 5 miles from the house. There are various local eateries nearby including a bakery, pizzeria, burger joint, sandwich shop, and an ice cream parlor if you don't feel like cooking or want a sweet treat. There is a nearby gas station that is also accessible by boat if you need to fill up. Several restaurants are accessible by water. Various restaurants offer live music and the city puts on festivals and events throughout the year.
A boat ramp to launch your water toys is about 2 miles from the house.
