Our condo offers very stylish and new décor with a great balcony all providing amazing, endless views of Banderas Bay and beautiful views of the Sierra Madre mountains on the other side.

Other features include a flat screen, High Definition TV with DVD player, private covered garage parking, 2 bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with 2 full size beds with every bedroom having its own private bathroom, pull-out sofa in the den (able to sleep 4 additional people) along with its own private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel GE appliances, purified water filtration system in the kitchen provides drinkable and clean water and ice, marble floors throughout, granite countertops, washer/dryer, A/C, all linens, bath and beach towels are provided.
