The two bedroom, two bathroom unit, with huge wrap-around balcony provides ample space (2000 plus square feet) for your leisure enjoyment, and the celebration of Sunsets.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances, granite counter top, dish washer, easy clean cook top, electric oven, stainless steel fridge with ice maker, and gourmet coffee maker.

Washer and dryer for your laundry needs are conveniently located in the guest bath room near the entrance.

WI-FI (Secured) / Fiber Cable Internet is available inside the condo. No need to haul your laptop and go to the first floor lobby area to check you email and surf the Webs !!.

Good location and good accommodation

Very nice accommodation. Comfortable beds, good location (close to supermarket, little restaurants, etc). Would be nice to be given better explanation of how Beach Club system works plus more palapas needed for short-stay guests. If yo want to stay in a safe place with lots of other Canadians and Americans, great place to be.

Perfect Stay!

This place does not disappoint. Perfect location overlooking one of the pools (which are easy to get seating at) and the ocean (awesome sunsets every night!). We walked to the grocery store/mall, played golf at El Tigre which was a 3 minute bus ride away, enjoyed the pools and the beach. Room was nice, balcony awesome, and we took advantage of the easy to use social membership. Will be back!!

Beautiful beach front condo with amazing views/sunsets . Elevators were not working the day we arrived -only had to walk to the 4th floor . Condo pretty well equipped-but toaster broken . Also construction going on next door at The Hard Rock -balcony very dusty/some early AM noise

The only problem is with the beach club. The rules were a bit difficult to understand. If you donā€™t plan on purchasing the $20/person entry fee, definitely bring your own beach towel!

Beautiful oceanfront views

We have stayed twice at this property, in 2018 and 2022. The condo has an excellent location in tower 1 and has incredible views. We really enjoyed our stay again, there is ample room, well appointed kitchen and great patio. We only wished there was more comfortable furniture in the living room . A few updates could also be done in the bathrooms.

Vacation at Playa Royale Nuevo Vallarta

We enjoyed our stay in this corner unit condo. However, be aware that the Hard Rock Hotel is undergoing a major construction project next door very very close to this unit, There are many weddings on weekends at Hard Rock and they take place just outside the condo. All noise ceases at 11:00pm.

Best Beach Area in PV

Nice property on the best beach in the area in our opinion. The balcony is very nice and we loved we could keep the doors open and enjoy the breeze all night long. The kitchen is well stocked to cook at home. Pans were in good condition and sharp knives were sharp. The area is excellent for long walks or in my case long runs. Safe. Easy. Communication was very good and Covid testing was one block away. My only suggestion would be to provide coffee for arrivals and a second roll of toilet paper. Small things.

Great location!

The condo is spacious and very nice, could use a bit of updating but we were very comfortable. The view is amazing with a very large wrap around deck. The only thing we didnā€™t like was some frustration with palapas. There is a small section that renters can use but you have to book the day before and the rules seemed to be different every day. And we couldnā€™t get a beach towel at all. If you were staying for at least two weeks you could join the beach club ( not cheap) and then you could have a towel. We just did without. We ate several times at the beach bar and it was pretty good. All in all it was a lovely holiday!

Construction zone

Iā€™m not sure we would have booked this place had we known about the giant construction site directly next door. It was very loud 6 out of the 7 days we stayed here, which made the deck too noisy to enjoy, unfortunately. It looks like the construction began recently and Iā€™m guessing it will go on for at least a few months at the time I am writing this, being March 2024. Also, be aware the second bedroom has a sliding door to the building hallway and the lights are on at all hours of the night, and while there are curtains, it is still bright enough made sleeping a bit more of a challenge than normal. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, particularly the pool, which was always so nice and warm. The beach and the location are lovely.

Landlord did not tell us the truth

The landlord knew the elevator was out of service since last. October. Our check in date was November 18th. Due to the landlord intentionally misleading us about the elevator not working, the landlord was less than truthful. They should have told us and gladly refunded our money so we could secure other accommodations. Anyone who reads this review should NOT rent from this landlord Their actions caused us to be stranded on the first day of what should have been a beautiful vacation. My wife and I are so angry at what Samuel and Alice Eng did to us. They purposely and maliciously lied to us over the two months preceding the commencement of the rental.

Noisy through no fault of the owner

The cold water and ice cube feature on the refrigerator is nonfunctional. That means hauling heavy water from the market. Making ice cubes was annoying but doable. The air conditioner did not cool well. Needs Freon? I would hope that at least the water situation could be fixed as we will be staying there in 2024.

Upgrades Required

This is a wonderful property for location and overall accommodation but requires some critical upgrades to maximize the renters enjoyment. Firstly, the floors and deck were very dirty as evidenced by our feet. There was a broom and dust pan but NO mop so cleaning was a real challenge. Also on arrival the room temperature should not be 29 C! Next both deck chairs are in bad shape with only one useable as a deck chair on that wonderful deck. Also both sets of vertical blinds are damaged and do not block the sun. We had to hang blankets to not have it glaring in our faces when trying to relax in the living room.

The views will leave you speechless!

The condo was awesome. The only small negative was that the bedroom didn't get as cool as we like it when we sleep, but we have nothing else negative to say. The condo was very clean and had a lot of room. The views are just breathtaking. The condo is on the 4th floor so the view is not obscured at all. The condo has five sliding glass doors. During the day we would open all the doors and turn off the a/c to enjoy the breeze throughout thr condo. The condo is a corner unit so it has a metal gate you can lock which provides extra security. We would lock the gate and leave the front door open to get the cross wind. At night you can hear the calming sounds of the ocean. The condo had all the cooking utensils that you will need. As an extra bonus, laundry supplies were provided. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus. We will definitely stay here the next time we come back to this area. The pictures of the condo does not do it justice. You will not be disappointed. We stayed for 12 days, and we didn't want to leave.

Great location but could use some updating

The submit a review website was not working properly so I put 4 stars on everything even though I didn't know what the categories were. I couldn't submit review unless I fill that part out The location of this property is excellent. Very close to the pool, beach, beach food, restaurants, groceries, bank, Tuesday market etc. The unit itself has a nice view. It is a corner unit so view is more expansive. There is construction going on right beside so construction noise can get loud and irritating. Looks like this is going to be going on for some time as there were only about 3 workers there at any given time. Not the nicest view right now out that way. The unit itself is somewhat tired. Many tiles have chips/stains. Sinks are older, outside loungers are somewhat rusted. We didn't cook much so didn't need a lot of cookware but there were no dish towels. There were enough bath towels.face cloths. Furniture was not super comfortable but beds were comfortable enough. TV had Netflix capability which was appreciated. Washer and dryer are older. It took a long time to dry clothes. The place was relatively clean. Cleaners come once a week and they were good.

Playa Royale is beautiful, but these owners are not competent and you should avoid renting from them

We arrived to discover a beautiful location on the corner, but next door to a construction site which had loud activity from sunup to sundown, so the balcony was only usable in the evening. One of the two lounge chairs was broken, and the unit was sparsely furnished including some plastic chairs. The first day we discovered the owners did not provide beach towels which have been available in all 4 of the previous rentals (we have been going to PR for 16 years usually to the same unit). Then we experienced the coup de grace- A washing machine on the floor above us leaked and soaked or kitchen and second bath. The building manager came right away, and a worker went upstairs and shut off the water but that was it, they didn't mop up, they just left the towels we had put out and brought in a (useless) dehumidifier but did nothing else. Overall, we were very disappointed in the unit ownership, in addition to the broken and sparce furnishings, most of the "glassware" was plastic and the lighting was inadequate, the icemaker was closed off (with tape), but fortunately it was making ice. The owner suggested we "join" the beach club to get towels but the cost for four of us to do that was too much and we had to pay for two weeks when we were only renting for 9 days, so we paid $20 to rent towels from the cleaning service. If this owner intends to rent to real people, he/she needs to spend a little money to bring the place up to the value they are charging for it.

Gorgeous location

Nice condo but not for 2 couples. The 2nd bedroom is crowded with 2 double beds & sleeper sofa. Not much storage. 2nd bath is small & crowded with washer dryer.

Paradise

Nuevo Vallarta was absolutely beautiful. Pristine, people were great, Condo was great, restaurants were great. Not a complaint to be had. Can't wait to go again. Thank you.

We have been coming here since 2007 and love it every time. Great location, setting, beach, security, staff, pools, food. We wii be coming for many future years to come.

Amazing Beach Front Condo

We have been several times in Playa Royale Nuevo Vallarta Condos. But I must say, this Condo is special...It has a very beautiful view because it is in the corner of the building and it has a VERY BEAUTIFUL and SPECIAL view. The best spot: Tower 1 The photo of the sun set the owner published seems to be unreal, but I have just been there and we enjoyed several sun sets like this this week... We were there with our two little grand children and they really had a good time in the beach and in the swimming pool areas. We payed a week to get the memebership of the TiggerĀ“s Golf Course Club and it was also amazing. We had breakfast buffet and the children spent all morning playing in the children's area which is very well and safe place. At home, you can have the snack service from the swimming pool area. They sell a delicious ceviche and all kind of tacos with guacamole. You do not have to worry much about cooking. The Condo has every thing you could need... and it is very knit!!!!! The owner does not keep old accessories which can be dirty and old. Everything in the kitchen, in the laundry and in the bathrooms are very clean and new. Alice, the owner, is a great person. Very human and very kind. She is always willing to help. We arrived home yesterday after being there 8 days and I want to come back tomorrow!!!
