Quality property

The property was spacious with lovely features. The time we were there it was very hot, so we were glad for the pool. The nearby beach is very nice, not too over developed and a nice beach bar. There are places to explore by foot or car. Host was very communitive and answered anything asked of them. Thank you.

Wounderful villa

Description is accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. The orners are very friendly and service minded. We felt vey welcommed. Bread and cheese for breakfast, wine and beer was in the house uopnåelige arrival.. When we asked our host where to rent a stråler he deliberer it to us. We were all very satisfied and will for sure recommend the property to friends and family.

Perfect villa for family and friends

This villa was everything we had hoped for. We were a group of 11 aged 7 to 81 and it was spacious enough for our needs and perfectly located for the beach and local restaurants. Bedrooms are over 3 floors which gave everyone their privacy. And the living area was beautifully appointed with enough seating for everyone. The pool is a good size with lots of sun loungers and areas of shade if needed. Manfred the host was very welcoming and looked after us well throughout our holiday. We thoroughly recommend villa Oasis 5 and had a lovely holiday.

Best ever!

We are a group of 10 of consisting of 6 adults and 4 children and we found the perfect place to stay, suiting the needs of all ages from 6 to 60. The villa was even better that the pictures portray and spacious both inside and out. We loved the pool, which was worth getting heated, the outdoor eating area which accommodated all 10, and the beautiful beach a short walk away. We didn't need a car as there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Manfred was a great help and we loved the pastries he delivered on the second day.I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the near future. My grandson said on our return home 'It was the best holiday ever!'

The most impressive place I've ever stayed!

I stayed here with 7 friends and was impressed from the moment I arrived! The owner was there to greet us and we received a friendly welcome. Unexpectedly, and much appreciated, we woke up the next morning to discover a delivery of fresh croissants for breakfast! The location of the villa is perfect. It is only a short walk to a stunning beach with its own fabulous restaurant. The setting of the villa is beautiful. It is very private and it is also secure because it is gated. The swimming pool is great and everything you could possibly want, right down to beach towels, is provided. The villa is spotlessly clean and the interior is stylish and modern. This is definitely the best place I've ever stayed and I can only hope that I'll get the chance to stay here again!

Fabulous Villa in a Stunning location

This is my third visit to oasis villas and I can't rate them highly enough. Previously I have stayed with my husband and kids and the villa was ideal for our family holiday. This time it was for a girly get together and once again Tracy & Manfred did not disappoint. The villa is set over three floors which offered lots of privacy but yet a very social environment. Immaculately clean in the most perfect location just five minutes walk from a beautiful beach where we ate lunch every day. Seven minutes in a taxi takes you into the nightlife of Albufeira old town and for fine dining there are two beautiful restaurants within minutes walking distance from the villa. Thank you T&M for having our fridge well stocked on our arrival ;-) and for being so attentive during our stay.....1st class as always!! x

Wonderful villa

My party and I arrived later than expected after a flight delay and a lengthy wait for cars at the airport.Manfred was there to meet us and had left some provisions in the fridge. Once we got up the next morning you could see the full beauty of the villa and surrounding area.The gorgeous beach was a short walk away with a great beach bar/restaurant.A real gem.The villa itself was wonderful,very spacious and clean.The pool and the grounds are very well looked after and very clean.We all had an amazing week ,such a laugh with great company .The local restaurants we went to were fab.O Marinheiro again was amazing,not just the food but the staff were extremely friendly and very reasonable in price.Also just around the corner from O Marinheiro was Don Dinaz which we did only visit once unfortunately but we had a great evening there.Great food and atmosphere and very reasonable in price.I love villa holidays and now my friends have been converted too. We all would definitely go back to Oasis villa and definitely recommend.Manfred also brought us some croissants and Portuguese pastries one morning which didn't last long!!!!.Thankyou for a lovely week and hopefully we will return.

First Class Villa in a brilliant location

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday staying at Oasis no.5 and what an amazing time we had! We were a party of 8 comprising 3 couples and 2 children aged 5 & 9. The villa was so comfortable and spacious that we didn't feel like we were in each other's pockets all the time. We paid to heat the pool which was well worth it as we used the pool every day. The rear garden is a bonus and we used this for some chill time away from the pool. Towels were changed and all bathrooms washed out mid week then sheets/towels changed and full villa clean at end of first week which we didn't expect! This place far exceeded our expectations and whilst the photos look lovely the place in reality it is so much more better, if that is even possible! Manfred and Tracy are perfect hosts popping in every few days to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything, this is not in an intrusive way at all. So kind in lots of ways, a run to the supermarket on arrival day, fresh pastries dropped off on day 2, Manfred the "Easter bunny" for the grand kids with the lovely Easter egg and the much appreciated gift to my husband on his 60th birthday.....amazing kindness shown throughout our stay. The short walk to the beach, cliff walks, restaurants and mini markets make for a perfect location. The only time we went afar was for the Slide and Splash and Zoomarine parks. A car is not essential for this villa unless you like to go and explore further afield. A taxi from the Apolina store was €6/7 and return journey to Aldi €16 and the driver even waited for us while we did our shopping. Antonia's taxi service was very reliable and I would highly recommend using them for airport transfers as he knows the location well - my6seatstaxi@gmail.com we used for the parks too as it was cheaper than the park transport given size of our group. Communication from booking through to arrival was excellent and any queries were answered very quickly. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Oasis Villas, safe and secure quiet location but not very far from other amenities if you want them. We will definitely return again, thank you Tracy and Manfred!

Absolute luxury !!!!

As this was going to be our first holiday away with our 16 month old boy, we wanted it to be luxury and most of all private. I noticed the villa on the Internet and straight away emailed Tracy & Manfred. Tracy was really helpful and answered any queries I had as well as providing us with contact details for the transfer whom was waiting for us at Faro Airport. After a 40 min drive, we arrived at the villa which was situated at the end of a small road all gated off. Manfred was there to let us through and into the villa and advised us of what's what within the villa. After 10 mins Manfred was off leaving us with the keys to the gate and villa. After bringing in our cases and having a look round this amazing villa, we decided to take a 2 min walk to the end of the road to the restaurant called O'Marinheiro as we arrived quite late in the evening. The food was amazing and the staff are really friendly. The following morning we woke up and Manfred arrived at 9ish to take a few of us to the big supermarket which was about 5/10mins away where we got our first big shop and we ended up getting a taxi back which was about €10. My mum and dad ended up walking there nearly every morning because my dad wanted fresh bread!!!! It took about 25mins to walk. There is also a small shop at the end of the road just past the restaurant where you can gather all the essentials. There is a small beech you can go to about 5 mins walk but it is small but does have a restaurant there. On one day I went to the next town along for a walk, Praia de Grande where there was a massive beech and restaurant but only found it on the last day. The pool was lovely and was cleaned nearly every day by a pool man early in the morning. There was also a cleaner that came in the middle of the week. The only thing about the holiday that I was a little annoyed about was the Manfred had some workman working next door on another villa and there was a few vans parked up and a few men walking past which I thought was not that private but they didn't make any noise so wasn't that bothered. We also visited slide & splash one day which was excellent, quite expensive but worth a trip, we also went to strip which was €8 in a taxi. Finally, I stupidly left my iPhone and wallet in the villa when coming home. Manfred kindly posted both by recorded delivery and came two days later. Just shows you how nice and honest both Tracy & Manfred are. Thanks for a great holiday.

No início a comunicação não foi a melhor mas com o passar dos dias o gestor foi simpático e prestável. Só estranhamos as casas de banho não terem o básico só para a chegada. No entanto gostámos muito e foi uma estadia muito agradável em família

Truly an Oasis Getaway

This villa was a true Oasis for me and my family (age ranging from 3 to 65 years old). The property was in a superb location and an easy short walk to the beautiful beach. Both Manfred and Tracy were easy to get ahold of and gave us great restaurant recommendations when asked. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, accessible, fun and beautiful - this is the place. Thank you Manfred and Tracy for a brilliant stay at your stunning villa. We really hope to be back again.

STUNNING VILLA IN A GREAT LOCATION

Just returned from a fantastic week away. Our group consisted of 2 families totalling 11 people. This villa is amazing. So much space, clean and tidy and a well equipped large kitchen. Pool is a good size and we all had loads of fun. The local sandy beach is beautiful and is only 5 minute walk . We went to several local restaurants and they were all very good indeed and just a 5 - 15 minute walk away. I did hire a car for 3 days just to get around but taxis are well priced . We would definitely return as we had a great time and one of the better villas we have stayed in. Definitely worth the money we paid. Manfred was there to great us on arrival and was so helpful. A large group looking for a great villa on the coast close to nice restaurants will struggle to do better than this. I really hope we return. Thank you Manfred and Tracy for making our weeks break a memorable one.

Fantastic villa, fantastic setting

This is one of the best villas we’ve rented. The beds are very comfortable, the villa is spacious and cool with high ceilings. The electric shutters make it very safe and dark - great for sleeping babies and young children. It has a good sized pool, important for us as we all like to swim. The beautiful, quiet local beach is a five minute pushchair walk or a ten minute toddler walk. There is a restaurant on the beach. We went to both the local restaurants, again a five minute walk. Both good but we liked Dom Dinis best. Fab food and very child friendly. Two of our party went to the Michelin starred restaurant a twenty minute walk away. It was expensive but the food was excellent. Slide and Splash was a great success. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Tracy was extremely helpful when booking and Manfred looked after us incredibly well. A fantastic holiday, we will definitely return!

SO LOVELY

We were 11 people (2-76 years) for a week in March and we loved the big beautiful house, the pool (heated) and the nice large outdoor place with sun beds and the small garden. The kitchen is big and you can make any kind of food. We didn’t use the outdoor grill and think maybe it is a little to small for so many people. Manfred recommendaed to nice restaurants nearby - we were there twice at both. So lovely. It is easy to walk to the beach (700 meters) and the beach is just like a dream! It was a little hard for us that we only had two keys to the gate to the area, but we managed. Thanks so munch to Manfred who let us stay for the afternoon the last day when our flight led in the evening. It was such a relief especially with little kids. We all loved the place and our stay and will love to go back here anytime!!

ein toller Ort zum Ausspannen und Leben

Wir haben sechs schöne Wochen, mal zu zweit und einige Tage mit vielen Freunden. in dem schönen Haus von Tracy und Manfred verbracht. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet und standen für alle Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. So haben sie uns, auf unser Bitten, Holz für den tollen Kamin anliefern lassen und Tipps zum Essen gehen (einmal mit Manfred gemeinsam, sehr lecker!) und Wein kaufen gegeben. Das Haus und das gesamte Areal sind sehr gepflegt , die Betten, inkl. warmer Decken hervorragend und uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Selbst unser Bedürfnis nach Sicherheit wurde durch das nicht öffentlich zugängliche Grundstück, Außenjalousien an den Fenstern und einer Alarmanlage eindeutig befriedigt. Die Gestaltung des Hauses, hier als unser Favorit eindeutig das Wohnzimmer mit der wundervollen hohen Gewölbedecke, ist außergewöhnlich und zeigt das unsere Gastgeber ein tolles Gespür für die Ästhetik von Räumen haben. Auch wenn die Portugiesen es anderes sehen, weil das Land dringend Regen braucht: wir haben die Sonne, die Wärme und den strahlend blauen Himmel in vollen Zügen genossen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful Villa

My family and 1, 11 of us spanning 3 generations, stayed in Oasis 6 from Saturday 5 to 12 August. The villa was really beautiful, spotlessly clean and along with the company, location, weather and food made it a holiday to remember. Manfred was very reliable, pleasant and attentive and nothing we asked of him was ever a bother. We would certainly recommend the villa and would love to come back again some time in the future. Very attractive and well cared for home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Oasis 5. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a home away and perfect location to explore Portugal's beautiful coast. Manfred was a delight and so attentive to our needs. Coehla beach is charming and there are good restaurants nearby. A beautiful spot to enjoy with the entire family and friends.

Superb Villa and Location

What a fantastic holiday and villa. Beautifully decorated, very well equipped, modern and clean. We particularly loved the beautiful ceiling in the lounge area. Lovely sized pool which we had heated for the younger members of our party. Felt very secure in the gated complex. There were 9 of us and plenty of space. The older teenagers enjoyed a couple of nights in Albuferia, a short cab ride away. Lovely local restaurants within walking distance as were the lovely beaches. Fantastic views on our walks. Manfred and Tracy were always on hand with any queries and extremely helpful. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

Shared villa with rat

This property is described as modern and luxury but falls well short of the mark. But response from owners, Manfred and Tracy, was most disappointing. We were horrified to find a rat inside the villa in an area all the children played in. My wife was in the room when she spotted it and later I managed to get a few photos of it. The rat had come in an open drain located inside the villa. When alerted to this Manfred called offered an apology and two bottles of wine and proceeded to block the hole. I would have thought to get a cleaning crew and disinfect the villa would have been a better response, but there you go. When challenged on the rat and how dissapointed we were a further €100 Was offered. Needless to say the wine and €100 were left there, as when your paying €3600 a week on a luxury villa you expect better than to find a rat running inside the villa and €100 compensation for same. Tracy emailed to say that the rat must have come from a dried up river bed located at the rear of the property and that it wasn't a danger and nothing to worry about. I would have to disagree with Tracy as rats carry numerous diseases which can be researched easily online and we felt seeing as our kids were playing on the same floor area it was a danger and something to definitely worry about. Also there are pool tiles lifting and dangerous in a number of areas of the pool, raised with Manfred who explained there was nothing he could do at the moment. Air-con in the kitchen stank of gone off fish, raised with manfred who called to resolve the smell but wasn't really engaging or apologetic, this then took a number of days for us to clear the smell ourselves and had to put up with it in the meantime. Other issues included the kitchen utensils and ware all had to be washed before being used, as did the bbq which was caked in dirt, the fridge never really got to good temperature and some of the pool chairs were badly ripped. This villa is located in a great area, close to a lovely beach and some nice restaurants, but the villa itself is lacking or needs upgrading/reparing to make it modern and luxury and owners response to a serious health issue was very disappointing.
