This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is only 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. Walk to water park & mini-golf. Close to all attractions. House located on Ferris Wheel block.

Entrance floor - 2 car garage with entrance to backyard with covered patio, picnic tables, outdoor private shower & grill (summer months only)
Parking for 4 cars - 2 in garage, 1 in driveway, 1 blocking driveway.
Stairs to main living area.

First floor features a spacious open floor plan with kitchen opening into dining area and living room with a walk out deck. Also on the first floor is a full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2) & TV.

Second floor features the master bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) , ensuite full bath, TV and a walk out deck.
2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds - sleeps 2
3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds- each with twin on top and full on bottom - sleeps 4-6 people.
Full hall bath (with tub). Washer/dryer.

Third floor is an additional recreational space! A beautiful sunroom with couch, loveseat & TV that opens to a large ROOFTOP!

Enjoy the views from the rooftop! Firework displays, the colorful Ferris Wheel, the span of the Toms River bridge over the bay, beautiful sunrises and spectacular Jersey sunsets!

8 beach badges included with rental and additional can be purchased at beach. Children 11 and under are free.

For the guest’s safety, this house is equipped with two security cameras. A Ring Video Doorbell located next to the front door that has the ability to record video and audio. A Ring Floodlight camera above the garage door that also has the ability to record video and audio.

When inquiring about renting please provide some details about yourself, the guests and the purpose of your trip. Must be 25 and older to book. RENTAL AGREEMENT and ID REQUIRED FOR BOOKING. (STR#2489)
