We loved staying here for our week in Paris. It is the absolute perfect area, lots of shops, cafes and charm and very close to transit. The space had everything we need, even laundry! Also the host is wonderful, came and met us in person and gave us recommendations and was very easy to contact. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything about the apartment was as described, and more. This is a beautiful studio in a terrific location: wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and shops. I walked everywhere and as a single woman, felt completely safe in the neighborhood, day or night. Virginia welcomed me on arrival and took the time to show me the apartment's many features, all of which made for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Pascal and Virginia were both so kind and very helpful giving us some tips on different things to do in Paris. We enjoyed it in the Le Marais area as there is an abundance of food options and shopping. Close to metro as well and we feel very safe here.

The hosts were wonderful. The place was adorable and had everything that I needed. The location was on point. However, would not stay if you can't climbe four flights of stairs. Would stay again.

Three weeks in Paris!

This is a perfect little hideaway for those who intend to experience Paris. It is in the le Marais district of the 4th Arrondissement. It is a perfect location for the very walkable city of Paris. It is clean, quiet, cozy and your nightly "home" while you absorb the wonderful Parisian culture and beauty. We would return to this property without question.

Cute week long stay!

We absolutely loved the property! Has everything you need for a getaway. The location is in an incredible part of town very close to the metro and lots of great restaurants. The food nearby was delicious! The hosts were incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to work with! They communicated well and allowed us a very early check-in. The place was clean, had washing machine, dishwasher, and streaming services on the TV. The bed was also comfortable and the bathroom was not too crowded! We would definitely come back!

My Experience

I must join so many of the previous reviewers in saying this small studio apartment is about as close to perfect as one can expect. The location for my purposes was spot on. The actual apartment had everything I needed. The kitchen has all that one needs and then more. The bed was great. Loved the rain shower. Probably the only hesitancy I would repeat is it is up 4 flights of stairs but that was not an issue for me and I am not young. Highly recommend.

Nice place in La Marais

This unit is like a good sized American hotel room with one wall dedicated to the kitchen. Property is very nice overall and check-in and communications were excellent. I got there earlier than planned and was still able to drop off my luggage before the unit was cleaned. The unit is four narrow flights of stairs up and for an old guy with asthma like me it was a little challenging but manageable. The Metro station in only 2 blocks away and is a breeze to use after a little study. The only complaint I have is that the duvet on the bed is just too warm and I woke up very hot every night.

Perfect apartment!

We stayed at this apartment for almost a week, and we really enjoyed it. The hosts were very nice, and the check-in process was easy. The apartment was just as it is in the listing, very clean and has everything we needed (even more than we thought, as there was a washing machine which was incredibly helpful since we had been traveling for 3+ weeks). The location was fantastic, in the Marais so it was not only a close walk to many Paris attractions (the louvre, musee d'orsay, notre dame, centre pompidou, etc), but also only 2 blocks from a very convenient metro line (the 1). Also near lots of great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit was a 4th floor walk up as advertised, so it would be tough for those who have difficulty with stairs, but this is pretty typical for parisian apartments like these. Overall fantastic trip and we would love to stay here again!

marvelous experience

This apartment was perfect for our week stay in Paris. My husband and I used all the amenities listed. This studio apartment is well designed for maximum usage of space. It was very clean and had all the bath necessities and kitchen accoutrements you could possibly need. All appliances are newer and in great working condition. We enjoyed quiet, restful sleep. Walking to the metro stations was very easy and two lines are located near the apartment. It is also a secured building which I had not noted before arrival and there is an added locked outer door before the apartment door. We felt secure in the building and walking late at night or early morning in the neighborhood. Marais has a variety of places to dine-in or take out, fresh bakeries, cheese shops, delis, liquor stores and if needed, a small grocery store is nearby and a fresh open market on certain days. We used them all over the week. The A/C is a stand up portable and it works very well. We thoroughly enjoyed touring the city and these lodgings surpassed our expectations. Pascal, the owner, was informative and extremely accommodating. Scheduling permitted us to drop off our luggage before check-in hours which again was an added bonus. Virginiaā€™s housekeeping is more than satisfactory and she also helped haul our luggage up the stairs. Donā€™t miss out on this exceptional place!

Fantastic couples get away in Paris

Absolutely loved the location in the Marais! Darling compact studio apartment - great shower - fantastic hosts Pascal and Virginia go above and beyond to make your stay great. If you are expecting a large room to lounge around in this is not you - if you want a great location with great bathroom and great sleeping accommodations do you can get out and see all that Paris has to offer - book now! Also you must be able to climb narrow stairs but that is almost all of Paris charming locations and many monuments.

Great location

Although this property was quite small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a good selection of markets, wine stores, restaurants, cheese shops and bakeries just a sort walk away. The communication with the host was excellent, and they even had a bottle of chilled bubbly to welcome us.

Super sweet suite

If you like the Marais .this great. Outside of the 5 stars on all points...the 4 flights of stairs were brutal. But. If u travel light and are young/fit, you'll be fine. Could use a night stand for bed side and a coat hook or two to hang soaking wet coats and umbrellas etc Plus Short on storage for clothing and bags and space for toiletries in bathroom. Could use a full length mirror plssssssssss Still give it a 5 star rating Pascal was in touch early and often Virginia met us right on time and came back later at night to help w a few kinks Very friendly She was pretty responsive on what's app too. Washer was challenging. But happy to have one! Place was very secure and quiet. Near great restaurants and shopping. Clean. Cute. Modern Would stay again...but poss bigger unit.
