Tree House by the Beach

Our Tree House is a beautiful 3 bedroom home within the Forest Lakes community. This gated neighborhood is located directly on Scenic 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, and is steps from our beloved bike path, and close to a number our many public beach access points. Forest Lakes also features a fantastic community pool, that guests will have access to throughout their stay.

Guests have ample parking, with a portion of the driveway covered. The front porch features seating and space to enjoy the outdoors. Entering the home, you are greeted by a large open living and dining room. The living room features comfortable seating for guests, a flatscreen TV to entertain the whole family, and dining room table to share meals together. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy meal preparations. A half bathroom is just alongside the kitchen on the first floor. The back section of the first story features the master bedroom and full master bathroom. This area of the house is lovely and private for those occupying it. There is also an entry door directly from the master bedroom to the outdoor, screened in porch. A fantastic area to relax, grill out, and enjoy time together.

Taking the stairway to the second level, you will find an open area with a Day bed with trundle before entering the two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin on top to sleep three. This is the perfect area for kids, or young adults, to sleep soundly.

The community pool is just steps down the road, and besides it theres the pool house that has a great outdoor grilling area.
A short walk westbound along 30A, is the the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access. At the entrance is the famous Goatfeather's restaurant and market. Further west is the Ed Walleen access. Eastbound is the Gulf Point Public Beach access, close to Blue Mountain Creamery and Big Daddy's Bike Shop.
