TRUE BY OWNER RENTAL-This is a family owned and operated home. Our goal is to provide a five-star experience. We want to operate the kind of rental we would like to find on our vacation. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Only 65 steps from PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS, just across 30A with crosswalk (see photos for easy safe access to beach). Walking distance to the beach is just one of the many perks when staying at this exquisite, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home nestled in the peaceful community of Seacrest Beach. Enjoy sea breezes off the large porch while sipping coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening.

Located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, on desirable 30A, this single-family home is the prime location to enjoy fun in the sun, fantastic shopping, and dining in any of the area's renowned local restaurants (George's, Cuvee 30A, Brunos pizza, Red Bar, just name a few.)

Sea Oaks is able to lodge up to 8 guests. The upstairs master includes a king-sized bed with a newly renovated ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, a Jack-n-Jill bath connects the second queen-sized bedroom to a bunk room that sleeps 4. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, as well as TVs in all bedrooms. The kitchen is better stocked than most home kitchens. Other fun details provided by the owners include a vast library of books, games and a game table, bikes (let us know how many), beach toys, and a wagon to help carry it all down to the beach. These are just a few of the small details that the owners have considered to ensure you have everything you need for the perfect family getaway.

Great time

Wonderful place. Close to a relatively uncrowded stretch of beach. Road noise was noticeable but overall very peaceful and quiet space. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of beach equipment if you need that. We totally recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxed, peaceful, and comfortable place.

Very accommodating host, well appointed house. All the appliances, utensils and cookware from home and then some! We brought beach toys, chairs, canopy etc- not necessary they have so much stuff there for your use. Overall great house for our family, great location, would stay again!

Relaxing Vacation

The home was beautiful and in a great location on 30A. Just steps away from the beach and came with all kinds of beach equipment for our use. Close to our favorite restaurants. It was just my wife and I but would definitely rent this property again and have plenty of room for our kids and three grandkids. They would love the easy access to the beach!

Great family beach house!

We had a last minute emergency and Andra saved us. What a wonderful evening rescue....her house was perfect for our two families! It is easy to get to the beach and convenient to both Rosemary and Seaside! Looking forward to coming back!

Nice place overall. Close to the beach, the property is very private, even though it’s on 30A. The property manager was very responsive. The main living area is on the 2nd floor, which is fine if everyone is okay walking up stairs. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Very easy walk and access to not-too-busy sand and surf. Easy walk to Alys Beach for food and shopping. Quick drive or bike ride to groceries. House is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need for a great visit, including bikes, beach stuff, and a nicely stocked kitchen! Andra was friendly and attentive and very communicative. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rejuvenating beach week

Thank you for sharing your absolutely wonderful home with us. It was furnished well with everything we could want or need for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach vacation. The beach access was an easy walk to the clean white beaches with lots of open areas for all to enjoy and beach amenities were available. The home offered comfortable outside seating areas on the deck and the front yard for enjoying your morning coffee and sunset refreshments. Our host was very welcoming and showed us their home, provided lists of wonderful local restaurants with incredible dishes & dessert, guides to shopping and local attractions.We had an incredible time and highly recommend this home.

BEACH VIEW GETAWAY

Enjoyed stay at the property. Perfect house for family vacation. The owner was very helpful in providing details about the property and beach area to help make our stay enjoyable. Easy access to the beach was a plus. The view of the beach from inside and on the deck was great! It rained most of the time we were there. However, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay at the property was great. Loved it!
