The condo is centrally located in a beautifully landscaped, WaterColor Beach district and is situated steps away from the town center and private beach club. The luxury condo is finished with beautiful hard wood and tile flooring throughout as well as top of the line appliances and high-end furnishings.

Our accommodation sleeps 6 and includes 2 bedrooms furnished with flat screen TVs. The Primary Bedroom is furnished with an incredibly comfortable KING BED and includes a walk-in closet and en-suite bath. The loft room includes a comfortable Queen bed, closet and en-suite bath as well. The bunk room includes twin over twin bunk for the kids to get away. All top-quality bedding and linens to ensure a 5-star hotel quality experience. Enjoy gulf views from large balcony in the condo - dine or indulge in cocktails in the dining room, kitchen or on your private balcony. Or, cozy up with a movie in the comfort of living area furnished with an flat screen television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker and everything you will need while you are in town. Included for your convenience is free wifi, free North America calling and free upgraded cable access.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location. The condo was advertised as newly remodeled. The primary bathroom toilet handle was about to fall off and the shower and sink hardware was broken and needs replacement. The condo itself was great aside from the bathrooms and no cushions for the outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy.

I enjoyed the location. Easy walk to beach club and Seaside. I did feel there was a need for replacement of the toilet and repairs made to paint peeling from vanity.

Spring break 2023

This property is in a great location, the Beach Club is literally in your backyard! Parts of the condo are very nice, while others are dated. We had a couple of maintenance issues, the staff responded immediately and addressed the problems! The maintenance crew was very attentive and friendly. We would stay there again because of the location.

Not up to expectations... not worth the price!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet was disgustingly dirty... no skillet in the kitchen, coffee maker did not work. Lot's of light bulbs were out. Look elsewhere!

Tom, Thank you for your feed back. The carpets were replaced the day after your departure and we have been trying to get it done since January. They were definitely in bad shape. We will definitely address the need of a skillet and coffee make right away. And get any lights out changed. We apologize these issues were not addressed before you arrived.

The location of this property is PERFECTION! However there are sooo many little things that would have made a big difference to us. Their beds didn’t have any type of matress protector on them which bothered me for cleanliness purposes. Each bed only had two pillows on them, there were a ton of extra pillows in the closet but there were no extra pillowcases that we could find. And the upstairs bed could really use a mattress topper for comfort. The upstairs loft is SO hot which they have installed a window unit to help but a large plug in fan would help tremendously. Also a Keurig would be a great addition. Also the kitchen isn’t the best when it comes to being stocked with needs. There is only one single hot pad so if you need to drain a pot with two handles you don’t have enough hot pads. I will say we needed the remote batteries replaced and they were super quick to do that for us. The down stairs bathtub isn’t really able to be used as a bathtub due to the black mold build up in the tub. Also the dryer ruined a couple of our clothing items? It’s old and has the metal bar that’s snags and tangles items and the rust in it will leave rust stains on white items. But even with all of that we still really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Location and Awesome Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We actually got to check in 2 days early and communications were great throughout. We got to check out later since our flights were in the late afternoon. The condo is bright, open, clean and couldn't be a better location right above the coffee shop and across the street from the beach club. We would get up, go over to the club to reserve our chairs and come back to the condo for breakfast and slowly venture over to the club and beach. The only criticism would be the kitchen is poorly stocked with silverware and cooking pans. There was 1 descent frying pan to use. We buy groceries and cook a lot while on vacation so that may not be an issue for those who prefer to go out to eat a lot. We were there for 10 days so we definitely cooked most meals. Publix delivered our first morning while we waited for our bike rentals from big fish. HIGHLY recommend Big fish. Great prices and had a burley and kids bike with helmets. They delivered and connected to our beach cruiser provided by Beach Habitats. Also came and picked them up. We loved walking and biking through the watercolor neighborhoods and biked 2 miles east to Grayton a few times. Nice to change it up. Walking to Seaside is very quick and easy. Overall, we will book this condo again next visit!

Fall Break Stay

Cafe on first floor, a few restaurants across the street, and a 1/2 mile walk to seaside. Condo is on 3rd floor so no noise from other units. We never had an issue with parking. The set up worked well for our family of 5. The condo is very cute and can even be better with a few updates. The master bedroom carpet had some stains. There was some dust built up on things. Both bathrooms need a good remodel. The master shower head is suctioned on and fell off once on us. The dryer has rust inside door and very loud. The fridge water filter needs replaced. The toaster only heats bread on one side of bread. There is a plate on ceiling where a light could go above the dining table, but no light so kind of dark there. One of the living room drapery rods is disconnected from drape so hard to close. Overall a nice, cute place with some room for improvement.

The walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes so very easy to pop back up to the condo if we needed anything. The dishwasher was broken when we got there but they sent out someone right away. The tech couldn't fix it without a part so they put in a brand new dishwasher a couple hours later. We didn't have to be there. Very helpful and responsive rental company! Bathrooms could definitely use some updating as well as new bath towels but honestly overall the unit was great overall!

What a Great Week!

The HVAC system worked flawlessly. Watercolor Resort is spectacular! Easy walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. A short drive to anything else you might want to do. The beach is breath taking, the water Azure Blue. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The Beach Happy Café has great breakfast wraps, an assortment of locally made pastries and delicious coffee. I imagine it gets crazy busy "in season" but our shoulder month stay was absolutely the best. We will definitely be back!

Good but challenged

Me & my family had a great time at Watercolor. The location is perfectly close to the pool & beach. However, there are a few things to know. The elevator only works part of the time which is a problem since you are on the 3rd floor. The parking situation is not good. If you move your car during the day, be prepared to not have parking as beach-goers will occupy the spots as there is nothing to stop them. The condo needs updating especially on the furniture. The road noise from 30A is noticeable especially in the master bedroom. The bikes that are provided are nice but hard to locate as there isn't a marked spot and there are a lot of bikes in the same spot. Again, we had a great time as we have been to Watercolor many times but these are definitely things to know. Thank you.

Location great

Only complaint is the unit needs some update. Really needs new appliances in a bad way, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. Just really dated. I would stay there again though, this location is amazing and the experience with management and everything else was perfect.

Will never return

This property was misleading and not at all inexpensive! Every single day we left in our car, and came back to no place to park in our paid for parking lot with stickers. We, and other renters called security as this was a tow away zone, and got no help and no communication. They did nothing. We waited at least an hour every day to get back into our condo as there was no place to park in the entire town! We finally illegally parked behind a car without a parking permit ( 15 that day) with our phone number just so we could go back to our own condo, hot and sweaty from the beach! For the price we paid, there could have easily been a gate up with a code, to keep illegal parking out and we could access the town house we paid for. This really impacted out trip to the point we stopped using our car and stayed at the beach nearby, although its not near as nice, and all of the beach chairs were rented a month ago! We had little information about things such as renting ahead of time, only one recommendation for a restaurant and we asked. Management sometimes did not communicate for days during our stay, and offered no help. I have always loved Florida, especially Seaside or Blue Mountain, but maybe this is what its turned into….bad service, misrepresentation of amenities and overcrowded. Never coming back.

Great location

It was a great location with a super short walk to the beach club and beach. The kids loved the loft area and it gave them just enough privacy! It was perfect for our family of 5!

Great location!

Right in the middle of Watercolor shopping and amenities! Family really enjoyed the easy access to the WaterColor Beach Club! Kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft.
