Very Nice Condo needs a little attentio

The condo is beautiful and very nicely furnished. It is also directly over the beach, which is a big plus. However, it was not equipped with some simple but necessary things (measuring spoons, a broom, and the keurig coffee maker was broken). One of the two toilets was also broken.

The Beach

Stayed here for the month of February. The weather was great, the beach beautiful and the condo was clean and exactly as described. I especially loved the balcony off the master bedroom.

My husband and I really enjoyed the comfort and decorations in the condo, ease of access to the beach, and privacy of the location on the beach. The bed was very comfortable and that is important to me.

Exactly what we wanted

The property was perfect for us. Great view, enjoyed listening to the ocean at night. Convenient to go from room, to beach, to pool, and back. Didnā€™t have to carry stuff very far.

One more time to the beach

Came down for 2 weeks for my mom to watch the waves and enjoy her last trip to the beach. This unit is conveniently located right off the elevator for easy access. Plenty of room for 3 adults.

EXCELLENT TIME AWAY!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We would've loved to stay much longer. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The view is phenomenal. We also love that their was beach service provided. The communication with the property management company was very timely. Highly recommend.

Blessed time

We had a great family time at the beach. Loved the condo. Just a few things that need addressed. The couch needs replaced or cleaned and the toilet in the second bathroom needs a new guts. It runs constantly if you dont take the lid off and snap the hose back in. Loved all the updates. Beds were awesome and very comfortable. Will book again. The last thing in the VRBO listing it says there is a fitness room. There isn't one. I emailed the rental company and they said they didn't have that information. Thanks !!

Quick Birthday weekend getaway

Perfect property for a 5 person family. Beach service was a nice inclusion. Up to date styling, with nice fixtures, amenities. No cheap stuff in here. Will be back. This bldg is only 6 floors and not very deep, so beach room was more than ample.

Best Location on the Beach!

Great location on the beach! Cute condo with great amenities. Housekeeping could be better. Previous occupants left cigarette butts on balcony & it smelled like smoke. They also cooked seafood and condo smelled like fish half of our stay. Dishes & cups were dirty in cupboards. Those were not the owners fault but maybe cleaners could have done better. Definitely would recommend otherwise.

Great Place To Stay

Except for some piled up dust in places and cheerios in the living room floor, it was pretty clean. We did not bring Cheerios. Lol. We loved the 2 king beds! That was so very helpful!

Relaxing stay. Smaller complex. Close to shopping, dinning, & grocery stores. Incredible views from balcony. Pictures of property accurate.
