This spacious 1300 plus square foot condo with 9 foot ceilings located on Navarre Beach comes with an unbeatable magnificent view from the 7th floor balcony. We are located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You can watch both the spectacular promising sunrise and fabulous satisfying sunset from the master bedroom or great room window or balcony. The beach is right below your balcony with its world-famous, sugar-white sand and clear, emerald blue/green water. Here you will find all the amenities of a perfect Florida vacation, but without the noise, congestion and traffic of other nearby beaches.

This large, two-bedroom condominium comes fully furnished with all you will need and has two full suites with separate adjoining private baths, a newly installed beautiful granite galley kitchen, and a private balcony equipped with a table and captain chairs.

The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed, mahogany built-in closets and storage, vanity area, walk-in shower, large full length windows overlooking the beach, including separate sliding glass doors to the balcony, all overlooking the Gulf.

The guest room also has a luxurious king-size bed, a private entrance into the guest bathroom and a stunning view of Santa Rosa Sound. The guest bathroom has an over-sized bathtub and the sink area has a new beautiful granite counter top.

The comfortable great room sofa converts into a queen size bed.

There are also 4 new flat screen televisions with cable provided for our guests with one each located in both bedrooms, great room and dining room. The Great Room has a Samsung Smart TV with attached Blu-Ray DVD player. There is free high speed internet available in the Condo for those who bring their lap top computers.

For those who enjoy exercising we have a large, heated pool (weather permitting) next to the beach, two full-size lighted tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and a bike trail to Pensacola Beach along unspoiled natural seashore.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils for preparation of either a quick meal or a culinary exploration to meet your needs.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the Condo for your convenience.

A locked storage closet is available for Guest use and is easily accessed directly in front of the entrance door to the Condo for guest use in storing beach supplies.

The longest fishing pier on the Gulf is within walking distance and is easily viewed from the balcony.
