Cozy Waterfront Condo – family friendly – Sleeps 6

Our condo is located along Jenks creek facing the intercostal waterway. It has a great water view, sunsets and bird watching from our covered porch and just a short walk to the beach.

The condo is equipped with high speed internet, cable television and smart TV’s. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and the third bedroom has a twin bed.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave; granite counter tops and comes with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, blender to make your own meals. If you’re not in the mood to cook there are several great restaurants on the island to enjoy!

Other amenities include a full size washer and dryer, keypad entry, outdoor shower and ground level owners’ closet with a few beach chairs, and toys etc.

We are located in the Starboard Condo complex in an end building making it more private than other units yet still close to all the Starboard has to offer. The unit has two parking spots under the building and overflow parking options if needed. There are three swimming pools; one is Oceanside, and tennis courts for guest to enjoy.

No smoking. One floor condo (stairs to access). Accommodates up to 6.
PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are NOT included. The property has pillows and bed covers. Guest can bring their own or rent linens and towels. Absolutely NO PETS!

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

This great updated condo is approximately 1 mile from the Ocean Isle business district. Ocean Isle Beach (OIB) offers summer concert series on Friday nights and beachside Sunday morning church services during the summer. OIB has fishing pier and fishing charters, mini golf, museum, small arcade, It’s a 15 minute drive to world famous Calabash, 30 minutes to North Myrtle; two great places to visit. There are several 18-hole golf courses in the immediate area.

Saturday to Saturday 7 day minimum rentals Memorial day through late August.

Peaceful Condo

Awesome stay

Everything was perfect! The place was super clean. The beach access and pool were closer than we thought. Would highly recommend for anyone with teens who want to go out on their own.

We Love this Place !!

This was our 2nd time here. Very Clean, very comfortable and very quiet, which is very important to us. No pets, no smoking also very important to us. Judy is great. She was always a text away, but didn't micro manage. The view and serenity of the area are unmatched. We honestly can't think of one negative or "con" about this place. Over all, after a summer of very hectic schedules, it's always SO nice to come have some peace and quiet us time! Thanks again Judy for a wonderful place!

Sunset was awesome. We took our grandson to enjoy!

Our grandson went fishing in front of the condo. He went to the pool to swim. We took our morning walks on the beach. We waited for the turtles to hatch but didn’t see them. He reeled in a couple fish from the ocean. Had a blast with other kids. Definitely a return visit in the future ❤️

A perfect getaway

The view of the creek from the porch was beautiful! Tucked in the corner made for a very quiet, peaceful location. Definitely would recommend it to others.

OIB - A Family Favorite!

We did not have the usual wonderful weather this year, but we still had a great time! While we didn’t spend as much time at the beach, we enjoyed shopping at the OIB Memorial Day Market, shopping at the Sunset Beach Summer Market, eating breakfast at Causeway 59, dining in Calabash, and watching all of the wildlife and creek views from the deck. We have been coming to OIB for many years, and it is one of our favorite places! We have rented from Judy for the last several years, and her condo is perfect for us! We love OIB and this property!

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay. Only disappointment was the outdoor furniture. Only one rocking chair and it was tethered to the railing so I could not turn in around to enjoy the view.

What a wonderful trip! Judith was so great to work with and so accommodating. The room was fantastic…just as it is pictured. Everything you need is there and so convenient to the pool, ocean and many amenities. Our family made memories that will last a lifetime!

Such a lovely stay!

My family and I spent the week at this lovely condo to celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday. It was the perfect size, well appointed, clean, and in a great location! The views out both the front and back are beautiful, and the amenities are very nice. It's not a long walk to the beach, and a nice walk along the boardwalk next to Jinks Creek. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay! Would definitely recommend to others.

Great stay

Very clean and lovely condo on the intercoastal waterway side of OIB. Short walk to the pool and not too far to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the deck outside to watch the sunrise each morning while having my coffee. This unit was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 2). We hope to book again next summer!

Our Favorite Cozy Creekside Condo

We’ve rented this property many, many times, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. Judy is the BEST! We love Ocean Isle Beach, and we love staying at this Starboard condo. We stayed at a few other Starboard condos a long time ago, but this one is by far our favorite. We love watching the birds, sea life, and sunsets on the creek from the deck, and it is just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We try to visit at least once each year! We will definitely be back again!

Total relaxation

This property was on Jinks Creek overlooking a marsh and away from the main part of the island - exactly what we were looking for. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the deck and had our morning coffee there daily. The marsh was a good birding site - lots of interesting species to look at up close. We are already talking about a return visit.

A great place to relax

Morning coffee on the deck watching the birds on Jinks Creek. Wine on the deck watching the sunset. Peace and quiet all the time. Easy and quick access to all the attractions in Brunswick County. We both loved the property and location and are already planning a return visit.
