An outdoor grill is available for use- Just in case the propane tank is empty & not filled up by previous guests, please feel free to get it filled up or grab a new one and we will reimburse you for it if you send us the receipt! You may get lucky, and the guests before you may have filled it up- If not, we will reimburse you for the re-fill.
I am always available to call or text, but you will have the entire home to yourself!!
Casa Palmera is located in a small community with private beach access and close to all PCB has to offer. Walking distance to a couple breakfast places including Gypsea Crepes and Waffle House. Make sure to check out one of our favorites- Finn`s Island Style Grub, a 3 minute walk from the property. Check out their reviews, our guests have said that they have the best tacos ever! They are also open for breakfast as well. What a perfect way to start your day! Book your beach getaway today!
Parking is limited to 4 regular sized vehicles, absolutely NO street parking. The garage is not available for use.
We have exterior cameras for the safety of our guests and our home. They are positioned to face the front of the house and the driveway.

FOR SPECIAL EVENTS: Please contact the host before booking. An event fee applies, and all events are approved on a case-by-case basis. We welcome small weddings, engagement parties, family gatherings, and birthday celebrations—up to 17 guests maximum. Be sure to share details about your special occasion prior to reserving.
**Guest POLICY** Our base rate includes up to 10 guests. For any additional guests beyond 10, there is a charge of $25 per guest, per night.
**PET POLICY** Do you find it near impossible to leave your dog(s) behind while you go on vacation? If your answer is yes, then we can 100% relate to that! We love our dogs and appreciate any opportunity to create memories that involve them as well. So grab your furry, four-legged friend(s) because this home is PET FRIENDLY!
- $250 NON REFUNDABLE fee per dog to be paid in advance. - Dogs that are less than a year old are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies. - Maximum of 2 DOGS are allowed on property. No cats or other animals are permitted. - Size limit for the dogs is 75 lbs each. - Guests are expected to ensure that their animals are supervised, do not damage the premises, are completely house trained and do not urinate or defecate inside the house. - Dogs are not to be outside without a guest present. - Dogs must be crated when guests leave the home. - Guests must pick up/clean all dog waste. - Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds. -There is no public dog park in the community, and the Pelican Walk Condo pet area is off-limits. Guests who do not abide by these provisions may be asked to remove their animal.
To help ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we will ask for a photo ID after booking.
Unauthorized late check-outs without prior notice or approval Please be aware that if guests check out late without approval, a fee of $200 per hour will apply, starting immediately after the scheduled check-out time. This fee covers additional housekeeping costs and potential disruptions to incoming guests.
Excessive Trash and Messiness Fee A $200 fee will be charged for excessive trash or mess left in the property.
No smoking allowed inside the property. A $500 fine will be charged for any violation.
Sand dunes and Beach Rules: Dunes and sea oats are protected by law. No walking, digging, or placing items (chairs, tables, etc.) in these areas. Violations can lead to significant fines. Only use designated areas and leave no items behind overnight.
Please note that the City of Panama City Beach enforces High Impact Period (HIP) regulations during peak times like Spring Break and major holidays.
Key rules:
The primary renter must be 21 or older (photo ID required). All guests must submit valid photo ID before arrival. The City enforces an 8 PM – 5 AM curfew for minors unless they are with a parent, guardian, or a responsible adult (21+) Our home and pool are for registered guests only, no parties or outside visitors. (won`t include pool for SFR) The City will strictly enforce noise, parking, and occupancy regulations. Vehicles parked illegally may be towed. Some beaches or public areas may have restricted hours or additional rules during the HIP. The City may issue fines or remove guests who violate local safety or noise rules. These rules help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Great Time in a Great Location
The house was awesome and location was prime. We were able to go back and forth to the beach and the pool and everything was 15 minutes or less away all weekend. Highly recommend this place and slept all of us comfortably.

Beautiful
We took our anual family vacation to Florida and this home did not disappoint. The owners were so kind and kept me communicated with everything we needed to know. The home was beautiful and well maintained. There are 4 main sleeping areas and 3 additional fold out beds. The outdoor seating was large and accommodating. The beach is only steps away from this property. Within 20ft from the home is a beach access that takes you straight there. The pool and hot tub were larger than expected and a large area that is partly covered for the pool seating. Overall great experience and great owners! Would highly recommend!!

Great Location
This property was very nice; the pool was a lifesaver for our family. We did have a slight hiccup upon check in; the cleaning team missed items on the outdoor deck. I let the property manager know, and they sent someone to take care of it the next morning, but I had already picked it up.Then the fridge and freezer were slow to cool and freeze our food, but nothing spoiled. I let the contact know and they were pretty quick to send the technician out, but because I to wait at the house, I missed some beach time with my family. The technician also had to run to purchase a thermometer to see what the issue could be. I would probably stay at this property again because of the size and proximity to the beach. I just wish the check in and check out times were a little more flexible. But I get it; lots of folks take advantage of early check in/out.

Awesome location
We love the house and location as well.
The only thing that we didn’t like is that every morning that we stay there, there was someone working on the bathroom downstairs trying to fix it, and they never did.

Overall pretty good trip!
We stayed at the house as a group of 11 moms and it was a great weekend away. The house is great with the pool and short walk to the beach. Our only issue was that the refrigerator/freezer did not stay very cold. We struggled to keep things cold and threw a lot away due to the worry of how warm. Also, we stayed during an extremely hot week and the AC could not keep up. The house never got below 75 degrees so it was quite hot. These were difficult issues with it being middle of July, but otherwise we had a great stay.

Great Property Close to the Beach
We spent the weekend at this house and had a great time. House is a very short walk to the beach. If you don't feel like going to the beach, the house has a giant pool! Owners were always very responsive. Overall, our group loved this house. Highly recommend!

Almost great
House was just redone inside. Very clean. Very comfortable on kitchen level. To make great, pool took 3 full days to get warm. Grandkids froze on second day.enjoyed last 2. You lose sun at 1pm . Had a short downstairs for first day. No power. Little hot water on third floor bathroom shower. They should recheck all outlets to ensure good for next guest. Would have been better not being the guinea pig. Easy access to beach.

The good, the bad, the ugly
The good: great location, beautiful house, responsive owners
The bad: Lack of items such as toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags. No pool items or beach cart. Large condo building is right in front of the house blocking the view of the beach and also casting shade on the pool as of 11 AM. Probably not bad in the summer, but in November it was chilly because of that.
The ugly: had to pay extra to get the pool heated (which was not cheap) and had to buy our own propane gas tank for the grill.
We have been traveling to Florida and renting homes for the last ten years. This is the first time we ever had to pay to get pool heated or buy our own cooking gas. You can tell that the property is owned by a realtor company in Atlanta who treat it like business and not "own" private property. We drove in, so we brought all our own beach stuff and kitchen supplies, but whoever takes a plane is going to have to spend some money and then leave items there. Overall, considering last minute booking and being away from cold Illinois for a week, we enjoyed our stay there but in the future would probably stay elsewhere.

First of all, thank you for the compliments on our home. We purchased the home a year ago and just completely renovated the home top to bottom and completed it in November 2020 and we are very excited about it. I would like to address the items you mentioned in your review that you mention were less than satisfactory. As far as running out of items in the home, we stock the home with starter items, as is very common in other home and condo rentals. Our cleaners manage dozens of homes and they have said that we stock more items than any of their other clients. We leave a box of dishwasher pods under the sink and the cleaners make sure to check it in between stays. I am sorry if you didn’t see this as it had dozens of pods for you to use during your stay. We also supply full toilet paper starter rolls in each of the bathrooms, a stack of garbage bags at the bottom of each garbage can, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, body soap in each bathroom, plenty of laundry detergent for your stay, 4 starter k cups, 1 fresh sponge and a full bottle of dawn dish soap.
Due to COVID, for our guests safety, we have removed pool play items from the home; however, we do have nice new Trek furniture at the pool with a large table to dine at, lounge chairs with tables and we recently installed rope lighting to enjoy in the evenings. Guests can purchase inexpensive beach balls, noodles etc. at the Walmart around the corner to enjoy at the pool, if they wish to do so. As far as the propane goes, as soon as you notified us we apologized that the previous guest left it empty and we asked you how you wanted us to send you the money for reimbursement and we sent it to you via Venmo as requested. It is an honor system and guests are usually very good about refilling the propane. In fact, this is the first time we have had any issues with it. We sincerely apologized and reimbursed you for the cost.
The top deck of our home has a beautiful view of the ocean and it's only a 45 second walk to beach access. We do have a full kitchen with cooking supplies, plates, etc.
We take pride in our home and always make it a priority for our guests to feel like they are at their "home away from home".

Great stay close to the beach!
This property is great for a big group of people. Needs a little updating/ a few things were broken
But other than that it’s a great stay. The hot tub is NOT working also so don’t let the pictures mislead you! But the pool maintenance guy was there twice so we knew it was being kept up! And it was a great stay for my fiancé’s birthday

Beautiful Beach
This is a nice place to house a big group. Having your own pool is priceless. The views of the Gulf are unfortunately obscured by a large tower condo. Lots of burnt out bulbs indoors and outdoors, pool light is not working, no bubbles in the jacuzzi, mildew in showers, no working outdoor grill, and overall just a little unkept. All it needs is a little TLC to bring it back to life. It is a VERY short walk to the beautiful beach which is really why you go to a place like this. I just wish the grounds were kept up better. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider revisiting if everything was in working order in the future.
