"Emerald Paradise" is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that will have you in paradise from the moment you walk in. This vacation property has all the comforts of home so step inside and let your vacation begin!

The first-floor living room features a large flat-screen TV with comfortable seating, open concept dining, and a fully stocked kitchen area (there is also bar seating). Also located on the ground floor you will find the first king-sized bedroom with a private bathroom, accompanied by a large closet and a door leading right out to the pool area. Step out back to relax and unwind while enjoying the spacious private pool and the fenced-in deck featuring comfortable lounge chairs and a charcoal grill for your use.

Head up the stairs to the 2nd floor where you will find a fun room for the kids with a Full over Full bunk and a flat-screen TV so they can enjoy their favorite shows. The next rooms are both queen bedrooms, each with flat-screen TVs. There is also a connecting bathroom that is shared with the bunk room, with double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The king master bedroom is also on this floor with a connected bathroom and features a spacious, furnished balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf.

Awesome location, beautiful home, tons of beds and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay here! It's so close to the beach and on a nice quiet street.Just be sure to ask for extra supplies before hand like soap, dishwashing soap, toilet bag, garbage bags etc. Thanks!

Amazing house

Our stay at Emerald Paradise was fantastic. The location was close to the beach. The house is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was great. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Spring break

I brought a group down for spring break and we had the absolute best stay in this house. It came with everything we needed in the kitchen and even extra pool/beach toys in the garage!!

We enjoyed ourselves at this lovely home. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Walk to the beach was quick and going out on the pier way fun. Property managers were amazing and very responsive

Family Getaway

Our stay was wonderful - the location was great - close to the beach and things to do, everything was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice addition, but it would be a great touch to have some better lighting in the evening - some lights in the pool itself or around the pool. We enjoyed staying at "Emerald Paradise"!

The house is nice and clean. Big enough for our family The kitchen appliances need to be replaced. The countertop Ice maker needs to be replaced. A/C works amazingly Short walk to the beach. Pool is great. Beach buggy to haul the chairs and toys to beach was great. We would definitely consider staying here again.

40TH BEACH TRIP

There were 6 of us who stayed at this home. We had plenty of space! It was in a great location,close to the beach, stores, restaurants, and shopping. Host was very professional and nice. Replied back to any questions we had without hesitation. Beds were comfortable and the pool was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and excellent house

This is a great house with lots of rooms. We had 5 guys there on a fishing trip and everyone was comfortable. The location - a block from the pier - was awesome and allowed us to fish on the beach or the pier, plus walk to a lot of good places to eat, shop and play around. The heated pool was awesome for relaxing after a hard day and have some beverages. And with it backing up to mostly empty space, it was nice to have to not worry about other people on top of us. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Approximately 2 blocks from beach one way & same to $ General the other way! House was very clean except grill- had tons of ants in it. Tried turning it on but no luck. Bedrooms were great for kids & adults. Would be nice if they had a few more kitchen towels & supplied beach towels! Was a good house & vacation!

Highly recommend

This house accommodates our group of 8 adult's perfectly! Very clean and comfortable. We had one small hiccup with the upstairs AC and I contacted the host and they handled the issue promptly. Perfect location easy short walk to the beach. Highly recommend I give 5 stars!

Perfect Beach House

Loved this beach house! We had 10 people stay and the house was plenty big enough! We had a toddler with us so the Master on the second floor was perfect when she took her naps, it was away from all the other rooms and couldn’t hear hardly any noise. We LOVED the pool. House was very close to the beach, plenty public parking for the beach. 3 min walk to the beach, but we had a lot to carry so we did drive. You’re right in the middle of Panama City! So close to everything. 10/10 recommend staying here! We had a great vacation with family and friends!!

Perfect House For A Nice Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this house. We had 6 adults and 7 children under the age of 17 and we had plenty of room. The house is located right across the street from the beach access and the road has little traffic making it very safe for the kids to cross the street. The pool was great as well and the younger kids enjoyed it more than the ocean. We found the kitchen was supplied with most items we needed which made cooking very easy. The grill out back was in a little rougher shape, but can be expected since you are right next to the ocean. We did have to by a lighter to get the grill to light, since the igniter was not working. Overall, we had a great stay and could see ourselves coming back here again some day.

Peaceful and relaxing

I expect that the stay would have been different if it had been hot outside, but because it wasn't, we got exactly what we wanted, a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The beach is literally across the street, so we took one quick stroll to it. We are cooking people and with walmart being right around the corner we had no problem getting what we needed quickly. The home was clean and spacious. We had an issue with the water not being hot, but with a quick message sent to maintenance, they were there the next morning. The home was also equipped with everything we needed, even though we brought a lot of things. We will definitely come back when it's warm outside so that we can enjoy the cute pool area, we still sat out there for a while because it was just too cute not too! Overall, we enjoyed it and hope to come back and stay in this home!
