Location was perfect. Host (Jad) was wonderful and easy to contact. He maintained contact to make sure everything was going well. Apartment was neat, cosy, and amazingly stocked for all needs. It was delightful.

Lovely flat and good location close to the centre. This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this flat. It has a very homely feel - it feels like it could be your own flat rather than a holiday rental, especially now that more furnishings have been added and there is much more storage space for clothes etc. The bed is a sofa bed, but is very comfortable both as a sofa and a bed. The bathroom and separate kitchen are spacious. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony where there is ample space for 2 people. Communication with Jad was very good before, during and after my stay. Will definitely be coming back again.

Staying in Paris like a Parisian

It was nice to feel like a Parisian living in a neighborhood with great restaurants, bakeries, and shops just down the street in Montorgueil. Great access to various metro lines and for walking.

The real Paris!

Second, time we have stayed five days at this property. It has everything! A fully stocked kitchen because grocery stores, and a butcher are just a short walk away. We had croissants and coffee on the balcony every morning. There are so many nice cafes and restaurants in this area.also. The Metro is right around the corner. Nadia was wonderful and very responsive.. we used a translator on iphone to communicate.

Romantic getaway

The apartment is really pretty. Its so pleasent to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails before going to dinner. The location is wonderful. So close to the metro and walking to everywhere we wanted ro go. I recommend it to any couple looking for a beautifully set up apartment.

Vrbo Paris reviewWhat a wonderful place to stay in Paris. It is a clean, well equipped apartment with easy access to all you need in Paris. A small but efficient kitchen, an excellent shower, washer, dryer and all the amenities for our 10 day stay (an extra set of towels would be a good addon It is close to a thriving cafe and restaurant scene and steps from the metro. Great Walk About

The property is in a wonderful location. If you enjoy seeing a city by foot. Within an hour you can see most of the parts of Paris that are certainly worth seeing. If you're not into walking, you have three different Metro lines that are all close by. Only a couple of things for people that might be in our age group 60 and above but very active. It is very noisy because of bar and theater down the road and it is a pull-out couch. Little bit tough on the back. We're a little bit more used to a traditional mattress.

Even in winter

Had a nice stay. Apartment has the best equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental. Communication with the host was outstanding. Neighborhood is typical French not fancy or touristy, but easy walking and mƩtro access to everything.

Charming Parisian pied-Ć -terre

If youā€™re looking for an authentic Parisian experience, this sweet studio apartment feels very much like borrowing a friendā€™s pied-Ć -terre (in all the good ways). The location is excellent ā€” itā€™s very close to Rue Montorgueil with all its wonderful food shops and restaurants (and excellent coffee at Noir!), So many destinations in surrounding arrondissements are walkable or an easy Metro ride away, with the closest stop just meters away at the nearest corner. Yes, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings with the Rex next door, but thatā€™s part of being in a city center. We relaxed and enjoyed that charming little balcony. And although we didnā€™t meet him in person, Jad was an excellent host: communication was attentive and efficient.

Great little apartment

Fully stocked kitchen and close to grocery stores, fruit & vegetable stands, butcher and bakeries. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby also. Less than 5 minute walk to the metro. Bed is a pullout sofa but we found it comfortable enough for a 6 night stay. Street noise can be loud at times but we like the city noises so we had the windows open, but most of the noise goes away when you close the windows. Best part is the balcony that we spent every mourning with our coffee and croissants. Owner communication was great!

A good property for a short stay

The property is well located near the Metro and opposite a small supermarket. A short walk down the road leads you to a multitude of Restaurants and shops. The photos on the web site to lead you to believe that the property is a lot larger than it really is. There is only one room of any size and that is filled up with the fold out double bed. The kitchen and bathroom are small but are quite well suited for a short stay.

Cozy and great location

It was easy to find, located within a block of a street with lots of restaurants and theaters. We slept with windows open so was a bit on the louder side when people were queuing for shows or the theaters let out, but that doesnā€™t bother me. Would stay again if I were to return to this neighborhood.

Perfect Parisian Vacation!

This apartment is in an incredible location, with so many restaurants, boulangeries, grocery stores and shops right outside the door. It is also less than a five minute walk to many metro stations. We were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon the Seine in less than fifteen minutes. The apartment itself, although small, was perfect for the two of us for a week and a half stay. The balcony was a dream! We spent many mornings and evenings out there. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and we were able to cook various meals for ourselves. Nadia was very welcoming upon our arrival and Jad was very responsive through messages. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Paris Stay

I was solo traveling and this was the perfect place to land each day. Full kitchen with a clothes washer and the porch is lovely. I felt really safe and the property manager was lovely!
