This apartment is beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and furnishings, great shower and in the perfect location to explore Paris. Our host Sophie was excellent with communication, and we had a very late check in due to a train delay and this was no problem at all. She even provided some breakfast foods for us and a bowl of fruit. I would highly recommend this apartment

Everything about our stay was excellent! The hosts, Sophie and Francois, were welcoming and available and happy to help in any way. The flat was as lovely as the pictures in addition to being spotlessly clean. This central location was convenient, walkable with lovely shops and restaurants. It was surrounded with historic sites as well as easy proximity to the Louvre. When tired, there were lovely places to sit and relax-either in a nearby park or a terrace to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. We highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience. The host Sofie was just wonderful and very accommodating. She was always quick to communicate and answer any of my questions. The appartment was beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and I felt like at home from the beginning of my stay until the end. It is conveniently located near great restaurants, stores, and in the walking distance to many landmarks of Paris. I would definitely stay there again. Sophie has a title of the top host and she truly deserves it.

Exceeded expectations on all counts! Such a well equipped flat… I can not imagine anything that was missing that I might have needed it. The location is a fantastic base to explore and the host is so charming, kind, and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Sophie has created a beautiful well equipped studio apartment with her attention to detail. Feels like a real home. Bookshelves lined with books, a kitchen stocked with everything you need. The studio is in the Palais Royal and you can walk outside to the garden and cafe. Bright and welcoming. Highly recommend. Has two twin beds together and they are adjustable. Very comfortable.

Excellent location and close proximity to many wonderful places. The hosts were so kind and helpful, everything well organized to assist in our stay. People were friendly, everything felt safe, clean, and the studio a quiet haven after a busy day. Everything that you could imagine.

This was a magical haven in the center of Paris -- right in the Palais Royal buildings -- a marvelously classic locale. It was clean and cozy. The host was able to accommodate a request for an early arrival time and slightly late departure, and communicated graciously throughout. There are lovely antique furnishings and elegant decorative touches. The Louvre is right nearby, as is a convenient subway line, and of course there is the garden of the Palais Royal, with its galleries and shops. This apartment is a rare gem, and I would happily recommend it.

From the moment we were greeted by Sophie and entered this beautiful Paris apartment we were positively enchanted.The space was just as pictured: an elegant but very comfortable and convenient home base for our long awaited trip to Paris. Sophie provided many suggestions and resources for our stay. The apartment was very conveniently located, the bed was very comfortable, the small kitchen was very handy though we used it for coffee in the morning mostly. It was such a lovely place to come home to after long days of exploring. Such a treat. Merci Sophie!

The studio is in an ideal location within easy walking distance of the Louvre, the d’Orsay and l’Orangerie as well as bus and Metro stops. It is well stocked. We were greeted with a baguette, several types of fruit, and butter and cream in the refrigerator. It is beautifully decorated with French art and antiques. The hosts, Sophie and François, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this apartment.

Beyond special and the most lovely location

Our hostess greeted us and helped set the stage for the most wonderful 5 days in Paris. After miles of walking sightseeing and visiting several museums, the neighborhood had a lot to offer in terms of cafes for breakfast, lunch or dinner and nightlife.

We stayed for two weeks at this beautifully furnished, well-located suite. It is adjacent to Jardin du Palais Royal (a very popular park) and a very short walk to the Louvre and the Seine. The building has an elevator, but we rarely used it, preferring to walk up and down the elegant stairway. Sophie was there to greet us upon arrival and provided us with as much orientation to the suite and to Paris as we could possibly require. One of us popped out each morning for a short, pleasant stroll to purchase fresh croissants for breakfast. The central location also allowed us to walk back to our suite mid-day to relax, refresh and plan out our next excursion and dinner venue. The pub across the street does create some late-night noise, but unless you have a reason to leave the windows open through the night (not necessary, as there is A/C) then this is not really an issue. We will most definitely be staying here when we again find ourselves in Paris!

It's Good To Be The King

The history of the place is amazing! Our hosts had wonderful stories about the building and surrounding areas. The location is fantastic. Truly in the center of Paris. We would recommend this place to anyone.
