Directly off the foyer is the well-equipped kitchen which is appointed with updated countertops and appliances, as well as clean white cabinetry. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware offer guests the ability to cook everything from a gourmet meal to a quick breakfast. A convenient pass through from the kitchen to dining room makes serving a breeze.

In the dining room, a rectangular glass table comfortably seats six, allowing the entire family to dine together. After dinner, cozy up in the living room to enjoy a fun board game or finish the must-read book. Two plush leather couches offer plenty of room to stretch out and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. Directly off the living room is a sliding glass door inviting you to enjoy the view of the pond from your private balcony. An outdoor table and chairs offer the perfect place for dining al fresco or enjoying the morning cup of joe. A chaise lounge is also available to relax and enjoy the warm ocean breeze.

When ready for bed, this three-bedroom, two-bath condo has a variety of sleep options. The primary bedroom hosts a queen-size bed, soft bedding, large flat-screen TV and dresser with plenty of storage for your personals. A sliding glass door gives private access to the balcony for those who enjoy the outdoors. The spacious primary bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower with glass enclosure, two separate vanities and plenty of bath towels.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo for use during your stay. This property also features wireless internet, as well as access to the numerous complex amenities such as an exercise facility, two pools, outdoor hot tub, shuffleboard and tennis courts.

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.
