This beach access may have cars in front of the house during the day, it's a sandy lot, lined or lit with the number of vehicles dependent on surf -- most all of them leave before sunset. You will also find the tip of Puff the Magic Dragon's famous nose across the beautiful bay to the historic, picturesque Hanalei Pier. Watch whales and world-class surfers from the wrap around lanai all winter, enjoy beautiful sailboats, and sunbathers all summer. People watching is a favorite pastime. Sunsets are magical. Trade winds are pleasant. Rainbows and waterfalls are yours to be experienced. Hanalei is everything that you have read and/or imagined! Hanalei 'town' is only a minutes walk away. This beachfront home is even better in person than the pictures can show. Please be aware that Kauai is experiencing a lot of roadwork right now, and into the future. The Hawaii Department of Transportation is repaving roads, trimming grass and trees along the roadside, repairing the Hanalei Bridge, and more. The second story includes the Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite with his/her vanity sink, walk in shower (one with shower head handheld spout), and jetted soaking tub. A full kitchen with small appliances; including an air fryer. The open living and dining area allows a spacious feel for you to unwind, relax and feel at home. The living room has a a 65 inch tv, master bedroom upstairs has a 55 inch tv, and downstairs has a 50 inch tv. Watch your favorite movies, and tv shows on an LG flat panel smart TV with internet capability. Listen to tunes while you enjoy the views.

The first level of the home has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a cal king bed with ensuite w/ tub/shower, and his/her vanity sink. Bedroom 3 offers a queen sized bed with access to third bathroom with shower. The tv room has a sofa sleeper bed comfortable for 2 kids or 1 adult. This is not an enclosed bedroom. The lower bedrooms offer garden views. You'll love the custom built outdoor shower. It is a hot and cold shower and is perfect for rinsing off after the beach or a day of hiking. The laundry room is located just off the tv area. The closet near the laundry room has all the fun stuff like YARD and BOARD games, puzzles, soft top surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs , umbrellas, Igloo cooler, sand toys, beach rolling cart, masks and snorkels, and fins. Baby equipment such as portable pack n play crib for easy assembly, baby bumbo seat, pressure mount safety gates (for wall to wall or door to door assembly only), Toddleroo super yard color play, books, and MORE.
