Brand new year-round oceanfront home with beach.

You will find the best of coastal Maine right here at the tip of Potts Point. New construction completed July 2019. This is a custom New England cottage with upscale appliances (Wolf range, Subzero refrigerator), granite countertops, gas fireplace, 55-inch 4k UHD TV with Harman Kardon sound system, Sonos music system, heat and a/c, private beach. Perfect for families with many tidal pools in front of the property. Please note that our house did not suffer any damage during the 1/13/24 storm.

Entire house and property is part of the rental.

Drive to nearby seafood restaurants. 20 min drive into Brunswick for shopping. Private mooring in front of property with ability to beach boat or use local wharf access. Fabulous location for kayakers and paddle boarders. Views of Portland Headlight and Eagle Island. Estes Restaurant in walking distance. Dolphin Marina Restaurant just across the bay only 5 minutes by boat or 10 minutes by car. Beaches are beautiful for sea glass searching. Amazing wildlife viewing: watch bald eagles and seals right from your living room.

Drive to nearby seafood restaurants. 20 min drive into Brunswick for shopping.

Please note that we do not make exceptions to accommodate pets.

Potts Point Perfection

We had a wonderful time at Potts Point. The house is beautiful and the setting is truly stunning. Our host was so responsive and thoughtful in every interaction. We look forward to returning!

Communication with the owner was very easy and he answered all questions quickly. The house was perfect with everything clean and functioning. The view was breathtaking and looked exactly like the pictures. This was in our top 3 vacations we've ever taken!!

Perfect Potts Point

Beautiful vacation home in an ideal setting. Amazing views in every direction. Even better for boaters as there a number of locations to easily visit by boat (Portland, dinner, etc) and a nearby launch and mooring ball. Would highly recommend.

Incredible property at the end of a road with the ocean all around. The house had everything you would expect from a five star location…with ambiance and coziness as well. There were even games and puzzles by the fire on a rainy night. My daughters had the trip of a lifetime. This is a very special property!

Does not get any better than this....

Immaculate, comfortable, well-appointed home in a stunning setting. This gem has become an annual pilgrimage for me - one that I look forward to the moment I pack my car and depart after soaking in the beauty and peace that imbues Potts Point. The host ensures you have everything you need and is extremely responsive. Can't wait to return!

R&R at its best

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this incredible home in a unique and peaceful neighborhood at the end of a peninsula adjacent to a Preserve. The views and the sunrise and sunsets are really spectacular. Having upscale appliances and comfortable furnishings - plus the magnificent views! - and be literally a part of and surrounded by nature with the ocean and harbor and the Preserve is a stunning experience. There are restaurants of all kinds; Thai, Japanese, Indian, breweries with pub food within the larger area of Brunswick and Bath as well as some seafood restaurants near the house which are very good. And Portland has great restaurants and shops in renovated historical buildings down in the wharf area. All of the above plus the genuinely friendly and helpful Mainers and the natural beauty of Maine make for a delightful vacation.

Celebration week

A beautiful house to celebrate a great event. Ocean views were spectacular. The birding was unmatched. Great trails in the area and biking all made it a great week. The house is comfortable, well appointed and with great decorative touches.

In a word: perfection!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Potts Point for a long weekend getaway in April. The property is in a stunning location, with views wherever you look, and is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The property is impeccably clean, comfortable, and well stocked with amenities. It was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen and as coffee drinkers, we particularly appreciated the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. To say we didn’t want to leave would be an understatement. We hope to be back soon!

I can't say enough about the superior service and responsiveness I received from our host. I had some special requests I inquired about prior to our stay. They were fulfilled timely and graciously. The support during our stay was outstanding. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is spectacular!

Beautiful house in amazing location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Potts Point. We hadn’t been anywhere in 3 years and decided to splurge on a month in Maine. We stayed at the house for 27 nights, and it passed too quickly. The view is even better than the pictures. The owner responded quickly when I let him know about a couple of maintenance issues. Plumber came a couple of hours after I reported a problem and they fixed it immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend this house.

Extraordinary!!

We have had the opportunity to stay in a number of lovely rental properties all around the world, and this is our favorite. Full stop. If you are considering a trip to the mid-coast/ Harpswell area, this is pure perfection. Potts point has long been one of our family’s favorite destinations, and this home allows you to take full advantage of the amazing views, tidal pool searching, swimming, kayaking, and nearby day trips. Our three daughters didn’t want to leave, and neither did we! Like the home, Kai is extraordinary. He is the most responsive host I have ever worked with! It was such a pleasure! We hope to return many times in the future.

It’s rare that a property is better than depicted in photos, but Kai’s place is one of those rarities. The house is absolutely stunning, and our family has never stayed anywhere more relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular, and Kai is a thoughtful, gracious host. Perfect coastal getaway

A slice of heaven in Maine

When you dream of coastal Maine homes ….Kai’s home is exactly what you would dream of. Pott’s Point is truly a special location! It has all the amenities you need & sunset views to die for! My kids 8 & 10 explored the beach areas surrounding the home for hours. We found all types of sea treasures (seaglass, shells & rocks ) and hours of fun just right outside the doorsteps. Our trip to Pott’s Point is one we will not forget. My kids are already asking to come back. Thank you Kai for sharing your beautiful home with my family!

A very easy five stars

Perfectly located at the end of a strip on land, next to the beach and uninterrupted views of the bay. We watched the sun come up from the kitchen, and the sun go down over the bay from the deck. The house was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The host was very attentive and proactive to make sure we had the best experience. A very easy five star review.

The quintessential oceanside retreat

An amazing home perfectly situated at the very tip of Harpswell's Potts Point. You are literally surrounded by ocean on three sides with stunning views of small islands, lobster boats, sunrises and sunsets. And the house itself is immaculate, well designed and lacks for nothing in terms of amenities. This is a true slice of heaven. Kai is a very responsive and gracious host. He and his beautiful vacation home have earned every five star review. We hope to return soon.
