Beautiful and Elegant Home in an Exclusive, Peaceful Neighborhood

This beautiful and elegant home is located in an exclusive and peaceful neighborhood in the Vail District, near the city exits of Tucson. It offers a variety of amenities, including a large driveway that accommodates 6 - 7 cars, a spacious and beautifully landscaped garden, a BBQ area, a trampoline, a playground, a contemporary Jacuzzi, and a large gas-heated pool. If your vacation falls during colder weather, heating the pool will incur a fee based on the number of days you stay.

The house also features two fireplaces and more. It offers wide, open spaces with positive energy, and safety is one of its main priorities. Once you arrive, you’ll find it hard to leave!

The house is equipped with the best soft water in the all house, free of chlorine or calcium, and also offers top-quality drinking water.

You are welcome to bring your pet, with a one-time fee of $150 per pet. I will provide a bed for your dog, along with containers for food and water. Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool, on the beds, or on any furniture.

Important Notes:

Absolutely no parties of any kind are allowed.
The total number of occupants (overnight and visitors) may not exceed 15 people without prior approval.
For your safety and security, the house is monitored by six cameras placed around the property. The camera locations are as follows:

We had a fantastic multigenerational vacation thanks to Yasmin and her wonderful rental.Yasmin was the best host we have ever worked with for a rental. Very responsive and helpful.Her rental was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The rental is colorful, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The pool, yard (with all the seating areas), and play areas with equipment for the kids was perfect.The location of the house was very convenient for lots of fun hikes, cavern visit, and food supplies.We all loved our stay and give it the highest marks possible!

Another successful friend reunion gathering

Seven women who have known each other over 50 years got together in this beautiful home. This is a luxury property with many private bedrooms. The backyard is a luxurious oasis. The pool is in very lovely surroundings. It was very quiet neighborhood and we had no disturbances. We were even able to get quick pizza delivery. This is a beautiful property with many upgraded and lovely amenities.

Wonderful home and grounds

Yazmin is an exceedingly kind and attentive host. We even invited her to join us for dinner one evening. The pool is sparkling clean as is the hot tub. Both were kept at ideal temperatures. There are multiple cozy seating areas around the property as well as a wide array of beautiful roses and healthy fruit trees - one of which provided us tangerine juice for almost all of our two week stay. Inside there is a variety of sleeping spaces consisting of six bedrooms - all with comfortable bedding. The kitchen is very well stocked! Better than any VRBO we’d ever stayed! The main upstairs bedroom has a large deck to gather and overlook the pool. Our grandchildren loved the trampoline, swing set and other play areas. Yazmin even provided play items for the sand area and even dog toys and beds! The home is very personal to the owners/ family and doubles as a private residence to them so there are family pictures etc throughout several areas and closets and dressers are “shared”. Yazmin is so charming and gracious, it really didn’t bother us. All in all, a great stay!

Excellent stay!

We loved our family gathering at Yazmin's property! Perfect fit for our group of 7 adults and 6 children. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit, along with the playground and trampoline. There was enough seating to have meals together, and enough space for people to find some quiet alone time if they needed. Yasmin was very easy to reach if we needed anything. Nice and quiet neighborhood, short drive away from grocery stores and very close to the Collosal Cave Park and Saguaro National Park.

Five Star PLUS!

Wow. Just wow! This VRBO home is absolutely gorgeous! Not only does it have six private bedrooms (no pass through to get to a bedroom), but there is lots of space for a large group to gather both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen and outdoor grill are fully stocked, so we were able to bake lemon bars (from the lemon tree that our host graciously offered), egg bakes for breakfast, and grill brats and burgers. The home is decorated very tastefully, and even includes live plants. The front and backyards have multitudes of flowering plants and sitting areas. Lots of shade, too. The pool was heated to full temp before our arrival, and the hot tub felt private and relaxing. There are pools towels at the pool so that the very nice house towels are not taken outdoors. Have I mentioned how silky soft the bedsheets are? Every little detail added up to a luxurious stay.Not only is the property top-notch, our host Yasmin is the best of the best! She met us there on arrival to show us around the home. She took the time to introduce herself to each of group as they arrived. Her instructions are clear, her response time is very fast, and the exit instructions are reasonable and easy. Yasmin is a kind, generous, and thoughtful host. I would give Yasmin and this property a Five Star PLUS rating.

Great home for a big family group

This home was really perfect for a big family group. We were 7 adults and 8 children. The kids really liked the pool and playing hide and seek was a blast. The kitchen was great, a washer and dryer, and a trampoline for the kids also. Yazmin was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Christmas Getaway in Vail, AZ

This VRBO was comfortable and spacious indoor and out. Yazmin was very helpful and accommodating. Rose gardens were beautiful and we were able to pick yummy lemons, tangerines and grapefruit!

Worked out perfectly..

It can be hard to find a place to fit a large group, so this was perfect. Eleven of us stayed Thurs. thru Monday, very comfortably. Its close to everything we needed, amazing views, the weather was great, did not use the pool, but hot tub was nice in the cool mornings. Communication and check in and out was all very easy.

Perfect Saguaro National Park Weekend

Beautiful home for plenty of space with 12 adults! Easy access to Saguaro National Park & downtown Tucson. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Yasmin was a great host & even offered fresh fruit from the lime trees in the backyard! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing, beautiful house in Vail AZ

The property was great! The beds were very comfortable. Plenty to do with the beautiful pool, volleyball net in pool, jacuzzi, lawn toys and beautiful landscaping! This was like an oasis in the desert! The kitchen had every appliance you needed! The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The owner was very attentive to my needs. Thank you Yasmin for everything! Very family oriented place to stay

I highly recommend this location. The house provided many amenities (pool, jacuzzi, yard games, multiple relaxation areas, etc. It is a beautiful home inside and out. We had some issues on trying to cast to the tv to watch our church service.The light sensors were nice, but sometimes didn’t seem to work quite right unless it was operator error.

Awesome house!

Beautiful big house! There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room! The outdoor space was incredible. So much to do. Also lots of room to eat our meals. Yazmin was a fantastic host. So sweet and kind. Went beyond our expectations! Planning to come back next year!!

Anniversary with family group of 15

We were very happy with this beautiful home. Comfortable beds for 15 ( kids ages 6- 17, adults). The pool was large with a diving board - we paid for extra heat and it was great! The hot tub was large and we were able to adjust the heat as we wanted. The pool cover needed to be used every night- it did take minimum 2 people to put it in place. The yard was a green space with multiple sitting areas and tables. Trampoline and play structure for younger kids. Balcony off master overlooking pool and another gathering area off the kitchen/ family area . The rose bushes were spectacular- every color and thousands of blooms. The kitchen was well stocked- everything you would need and a gas Barbeque on patio. Lots nice quality towels for indoors and for use in pool area. Check in and out very easy and Yasmin was available for any questions and responded quickly. Location was perfect for what we needed- less busy but close to shopping. We had a great week- Thank You Yasmin!

Grandma's 70th birthday

A great fit for the extended family: Grandma and Grampa, 3 daughters, 2 husbands as and 6 grands, aged 1 to 8. The pool, trampoline, foosball and yard games were perfect . And the house was just beautiful.

Great Family Vacation!

Our family (10 adults, 3 kids under 3) visited in March 2024. The house was amazing and just as the listing described. We loved the bedrooms on both level so the families with kids could be on one level. The yard is beautiful - the photos do not do it justice. It is a little far from some touristy stuff but so worth it to be in a nice quiet neighborhood in an amazing house with a beautiful yard.

The perfect place for family of all ages

This property is not to be missed. The home was just as advertised. We were a group of 12 and there were so many beautiful outside and inside areas to spread out for individual privacy, getting a little work done and relaxing. The house was so amazing, that we had little need to communicate with our fabulous Yazmin, but she responded immediately with the few questions we had. We picked this location due to its proximity to Saguaro National Park. The house is 2O minutes from the East entrance and about 45 to the west. It was perfect.

Family vacation

Yazmin was very helpful. The house was perfect for a three generation gathering. Lots of bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were used a lot. The house is close to several local attractions and national parks.
