Beachfront Private Home with Heated Pool, 5 bed, 5.5 bathroom

Welcome to the Hickory House! One of the finest private homes available for rent, weekly or monthly. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Bonita Springs on Hickory Blvd. the premier street for Bonita Springs rentals.

There is a large gourmet kitchen with 6 burner Gas Range and Griddle, SubZero side by side stainless steel refrigerator and appliances. There is a wine cooler to keep your favorite wine chilling and beverage cooler ready for the end of day drink of choice. The dining room has seating for 8 and counter top seating for 4. Comfortable leather couch and love seat to watch the 70 inch flat screen television. Laundry room and powder room are located in the hallway of the main level on the way to Bedroom 2 and 3 both with queen sized beds. Each bedroom on the 2 floor has its own private bathroom. Master Bedroom is located just off the living room area. The Master faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors with unobstructed views. Hunter Douglas power shades will make your privacy assured. The Master Bathroom has a jetted tub, his and her vanities, walk in shower, separate room with commode and large walk in closet with ceiling tub for natural light. Walk out the sliding glass door from the Master or Living room and sit on the 40 foot wide balcony to watch the dolphins and/or manatees playing in the ocean or the boats cruising off shore. Tiled steps lead down to the heated pool and a private gate to the beach.

There are rich wood floors throughout the main level and down the staircase to the lower level. There you will find a tv room. The sitting area has a couch with a pull out bed, sitting chairs and a small table to take a mid-afternoon break from your day by the pool.

Home is fully stocked and equipped with extras to be your home away from home for your FL beach vacation.

Beach view was not obstructed and the pool and hot tub were great. The sink on the south wall of the master bath was draining slowly and needs attention.

This house is in excellent condition. It is exactly as described - directly on a really nice stretch of beach. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works - pool, hot tub, BBQ, elevator, AC/heating, showers, etc. We had a delightful stay. Highly recommended!

Bonita Springs - Hickory House

Everything was great, stayed in contact during the stay to make sure there were no issues. Would highly recommend this house for rent, perfect location. We had a great timer and would love to visit again at some point.

Absolutely amazing house! Most houses don’t have all the necessities to get you through the week and they were more than accommodating which was very nice!! The pool was amazing, it was nice to adjust the temp a little when the sun went down. Beautiful location, 24 minute drive from the airport! Had lots of shopping, food and amenities close. This may be our first vacation the kids were so content they didn’t ask to leave!

Breath taking!!

This is the most amazing setting I have been in. So close to the ocean the sunsets were incredible! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and set up great for several people. I would definitely go there again!!

Best place to relax on the beach!

This rental has it all and you are only 50" from the Gulf. Fully stocked home that you feel like you are returning home. Spices and all things kitchen make this rental amazing! Views and indoor/outdoor feel with the doors are epic! Highly recommend!! If you want a pool and beach, this is the place for you!!

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed for three weeks and had family coming and going. Week 1 included our children and grandkids, Week 2 included my brother and sister-in-law and the last week was just the 2 of us. The house did well accommodating all of our needs. You can't beat the location - sunsets each night, nice beach and nice pool/hot tub. We had a few minor items that were quickly addressed by Crissy and Marsha - the responsiveness was the best we have ever experienced. We had a great stay and would definitely return!!

Best rental house we’ve ever stayed in

We are frequent renters of vacation homes, though this was our first stay through VRBO. This house was exactly as advertised. It is directly on the beach with amazing sunset views, fully stocked for a large family and simply a super location for a week’s stay in Bonita Springs. The management team was top notch, with clear communications and rapid responses, though we didn’t need them for anything serious, as everything went smoothly. The beds and sheets were very comfortable, water pressure was perfect and A/C was strong. We’d love to visit again!

We stayed at this property with my elderly parents and two teen sons. It was the perfect family vacation. The house was clean and updated. The pictures are accurate but definitely don’t do the view justice. We spent a ton of time with the sliders wide open and hanging out on the front porch enjoying the breeze and the view. My parents loved to watch the kids playing in the pool or out in the ocean. Property manager was super friendly and responsive. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Layout was perfect for the kids to have their own space downstairs. We would stay here again.

We were a total of 8 guests and all had an awesome stay. The place was very well kept and had lots of amenities. What was especially important for us was the kitchen; we were able to comfortably cook our meals every day for our entire stay.

Christmas in July

Amazing place. All 10 of us would agree. the property manager responded quickly. the air conditioner stopped working and it was fixed within a couple of hours. We were glad we called that evening as he found a pipe was also leaking. I cannot say enough about how great this place was, location, pool, home, well stocked with needed stuff. pool and beach needs were plenty. Thanks for leting us have an amazing family Christmas in July

November family vacation

We had a wonderful stay, the property exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the million dollar view and sunsets from the deck. We appreciated all the beach and pool toys available in the garage, along with beach chairs and umbrellas, and heated pool. Having a pack n play on site was a huge plus as well. Lastly the house was very well stocked, and groceries were just a few minutes away at the local Publix. It was tough to leave!! Thanks for providing for a wonderful family vacation!
