Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner to the sound of the ocean on the large outdoor balcony's round dining table. ​Beautiful gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, including high-quality stainless steel appliances. Wake up to the majestic ocean view from the master bedroom suite and exclusive large private balcony. Huge master bathroom has his & her vanities, walk-in shower and a soaking tub with sunset views! Perfect Beach Vacation with Family

We spent our family spring break again in Bonita Springs, away from the cold. This house was absolutely amazing! Very well-appointed home, with everything you need from fully-stocked kitchen to beach chairs and gear for everyone. Teenagers loved hanging out in the second living room downstairs with the huge TV and second kitchen. House was immaculately clean and well-organized. Beds were very comfortable. Arlan and Jayme from Collier's management were extremely professional and courteous before, during and after our stay. We highly recommend! We have already booked again for next year!

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beach, great location and nice house! Communication with rental agency was great and they checked in with us to see how our stay was going. The house could use some love but it was a great place with ample space. We also loved the private beach that wasn’t crowded!

Beautiful location and grounds

Over all very good Spot on rug master bedroom was there when got there Elevator door inner needs new magnet otherwise pulls apart and stops We had handicap person thus very important Toilet paper holder needs alien wrench mater bath Some of the older beach chairs rusted through needed to be taken away New chairs are major improvement Great time by all Oh when we got there was a major issue with dead insects previous renters left door open ugh They promptly came and cleaned was a bit of a rough welcoming Fantastic time

Beware of nice pics of a broken house

Beware. Water damage in bathroom, no keys to the house until they sent someone on our time to rekey the house, holes in walls, water heat issues in bathrooms, garage is so smelly it stinks up the house, no covers on 2 of the beds the first night, broken sink faucet we had to fix, had to deep clean the house because it was so gross, other people’s stuff never removed from house, Bugs everywhere — so many bugs everywhere, window coverings filled with dead bugs and many broken, stains all over, dirty dishes in the cabinets. Washer broke and not a soul to fix it so we couldnt do our laundry. This house is has been used hard and it doesn’t look or feel like the pics. Wayyyyyyyy overpriced for this place. Never again. You can tell it used to be nice and you can tell it’s not anymore when you stay for a day and realize they do the bare minimum to rent it out.

Great spot but needs new shower heads other than master. Dishwasher is poor.

Great house but needs some upgrades. TV is master bedroom would be nice. Yard games for backyard or ping pong table would be great

Unbelievable Views

Wanting to make up for opportunities lost due to the pandemic for the kids (16, 18, 20), we definitely spent more than we typically would on a beach house . When we first pulled up, I was a little disappointed that the house didn't appear as large or as luxurious as I expected. I could not have been more wrong. The inside was spacious, luxurious, and had spectacular views from the entire living area (floor to ceiling) and deck. When we went to the master bedroom, I was even more blown away by the views with the floor to ceiling windows as well as two oversized walk in closets and a beautiful view from the shower and bath. The kitchen was fully stocked with the usual necessities for preparing meals and even included spices, tea, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the decks and the pool with accompanying dining table, grill, and mini-fridge. Small things were that three of the six bedrooms had twin beds, the basement (apart from the foyer) wasn't air conditioned, and there were no shades for the master bath. That being said, for some groups this set-up may actually be better. Also communication was easy and the check-in and check-out processes could not have been simpler. The location was also excellent with easy access to groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, and anything else one might need while on vacation. For my family, we honestly could not have been happier with our experience here, and would definitely stay here again.
