Amazing!

The house was wonderful & was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean & well stocked. The house is located in a gated, safe community that we’ve stayed in before & was one of the reasons why we chose this house. The property manager & owner were excellent to communicate with as well. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing house in Cabo!

The house is so beautiful and perfect for a group of friends. Kelly and Ricardo were communicative throughout the check in process and our stay, and it’s in a great location. Could not recommend this place more!

Annual Friends Getaway!

Our return to Cabo did not disappoint! We had a wonderful experience at the house and views were absolutely beautiful!! The property manager was responsive and worked well to help us resolve the minor plumbing repair we had. The hosts recommendation for the area chef was beyond perfect and her and her team made the best dishes and the most delicious cocktails by the pitcher!

Beautiful home!

This was one of the best trips my family and I have ever taken! Kelly was very helpful to answer any questions I had before our trip, and Ricardo was beyond helpful during our stay! He helped arrange transportation for us and everything ran very smoothly! The home was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean and golf course and wasn’t too far of a drive from Cabo ! We didn’t want to leave and will definetly stay here again on our next trip to San Jose del Cabo!

This was an incredible stay for our family vacation. The house is even better that the pictures. The communication between the owner and the house manager, Ricardo, is excellent. Ricardo had the house stocked with food on arrival and had the rental van waiting for us when we checked in. Everything we needed was within a short 15 minute drive. Close to popular restaurants like Acre, Flora Farms and the restaurants in the resorts close by are excellent. The house is stocked with everything you need for a week long stay and is nicely decorated. During the first night there, the a/c stopped working and Ricardo and the repair man were there the next afternoon to get it fixed. The beach club on property is very nice with a good drink and food menu. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Beautiful house with a few issues. My wife and I were traveling with our daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren. The house has 4 master bedrooms and is perfect for multiple couples traveling together or a big family. The driveway is very steep and presents some difficulty for large suv or van. Very tight in front of garage. Biggest issues for us were plumbing related; had plumber over twice for leaks that did get fixed, lack of hot water in the kitchen area, only lukewarm water at all sinks in the house. Showers were all hot though? Also thought kitchen was poorly set up for a luxury house rental. The living room TV could be better positioned for family viewing. An articulating arm would help along with better TV speakers. The pool area is great! Hot tub and pool temp controls a bit tricky with access codes. I would recommend this house subject to the details mentioned being taken care of. Tip: Make reservations in advance for Flora Farms restaurant! Hit the Saturday market in San Jose del Cabo early, French Bakery in town is great!

Spectacular!

This house was amazing! We all loved it and had the best time. A wonderful view with a great pool and hot tub. And the inside of the house was so beautiful. Ricardo and the owner helped us if we had a question. They were great. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic house, awesome owner

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. The owner is great and the house manager is fantastic. Very helpful in booking excursions, rides or anything you need. Only giving 5 stars cause 6 wasnt an option!

Great House in Puerto Los Cabos

We’ve rented many houses in the Puerto Los Cabos area and this one is definitely at the top of the list. The house is decorated beautifully and the views are breathtaking. Wonderful home to make the most of your Cabo experience

We were visiting Cabo for my daughters destination wedding. Getting a home for key family members was high on the list of priorities. This was the perfect house! With four amazing bed rooms, all were very happy with the bedrooms/bathrooms. The common space was extra special as well with amazing views. This spot was the perfect place to not only relax but have some fun. The pool and Jacuzzi were put to good use. Thank you to both Ricardo and Kelly for making it an amazing visit.

Except for small issues, property is excellent.

Very nice. Would appreciate a coffee urn, bar soap and wash cloths in bathrooms, pool and spa lights did not illuminate. Mattresses were soft but acceptable. Driveway should be adjusted as not convenient to take luggage up and down.

Simply Sexy & Amazing!

What a way to celebrate a 55th Birthday! This home is the most sexiest place I have ever stayed! The view is over the top! The overall decor in the entire home is totally amazing! However, the way that each and every room is individually decorated is what I call simply gorgeous and sexy! My (5) girlfriends and I were sad to leave. The best stay EVER!

Amazing 50th celebration location

This home was incredible and beautiful . Bianca the house manger was amazing with all her help and recommendations. She was always available to responded to questions and assist with issues that arose . Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, fun ,relaxing getaway or vacation .

Excellent property

This is a wonderful house, the outdoor pool/hottub/loungers/fire pit/outdoor kitchen are amazing. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped and as described. Bianca the house manager was very helpful We had a couple issues... hot water in the bathrooms seemed ok the first 2 days, then was cold after. Some earlier guest mentioned construction a year earlier, its still ongoing. Some days they were pretty quiet, some days they didn’t show up, and some days it was very loud and dusty. The house manager helped out though. The house was very clean, but there were a few rugs that seemed kind of gnarly (I usually dont see rugs in mexico)

We will be back!

We were 4 couples who rented the house. It was great from start to finish! Communication with Lance and then Bianca (house manager) was quick and easy. The house is exactly like the pictures!! The outside area is AMAZING! All the rooms are big/have own bathroom. Bianca recommended we get at home spa service done outside near the pool..wow.. highly recommend it! Maid service comes and clean house once a week, flexible on the time they can come so we organized it when we were out of the house.

Awesome Puerto Los Cabos Home!

This is a beautiful property and one of the best we have stayed at in this area. What makes it particularly special is that each of the 4 bedrooms are beautiful. Often we have encountered 4 bedroom homes with only 3 really nice bedrooms. The decorations and bedding are lovely throughout. The pool was awesome! A wonderful sunset view was available from the pool, hot tub, terrace and upper master balcony. The water views were also good. Secrets is in front of you, past the golf course, but we honestly didn't mind because we could see and hear the ocean. You can see all the way to Palmilla Point and we enjoyed watching fireworks from the terrace as well. The beach club is terrific! Great fitness room. Gorgeous pool on the beach. Spa treatments available. Great restaurant. Great staff - especially Hector who was so nice to us. Next year we might want to do a month. It's that good. If I had 2 million dollars I would buy it tomorrow.

Beautiful House in Perfect Location

This house was even better in person than compared to the pictures. The views are gorgeous while the furnishings and decorating are top notch. The house has all the amenities you could ask for. The house is in a very safe area where the security guards get to know you and are very helpful. The house manager didn't know anything about the beach club or how to get a taxi/uber, but the security guards had all the answers and go out of their way to be sure you have what you need. Booking and check-in and out were easy. Maid service mid stay was nice where they cooked us a delicious breakfast. We also found on our last day that there is a gravel pathway directly across the street that brings you right down to the beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. We didn't want to leave.

Queens paradise

Let me say this I’m very high maintenance and not very easily impressed but I was blown away. I don’t think I’ve ever been somewhere where the pictures look exactly like the property. I actually think the property was better. Each room breathtakingly beautiful and different. I couldn’t complain. I had 2 problems while on vacation but the property manager Jenn was right on it. I was really upset when the water went out but her time management on solving the problem was top notch. The other situation was something they are working on. But overall you can’t visit cabo with a group and not stay at lances place. The chef was the absolute best (jenn recommended) Chef Vania ask for her she is so wonderful! She even helped my family pick up our rental car because the property is about 30min away from town but at the bottom of the hill is a lot of convenience stores including Walmart! I brought games and didn’t need to open them because they had every game I packed lol it’s really crazy! This propert knows how to entertain! And last but not the least the freaking pool and jacuzzi is a wonderful way to end ur night or start you day ! I hope to visit with my children before the year is out. Thanks so much lance, jenn and Chef Vania for my great experience.

Gorgeous Home!

We honestly loved our stay and the property. It’s a great house and the pool area is perfect for hanging out day and night. The only con is the location. You need to rent a car to get anywhere or pay a daily taxi. It’s secluded... which sounds ideal in theory but if you want to go to the beach, the store, anywhere you have to pay at least $25+ to get out of the community. The art district in San Jose is super cute and the food was excellent at all the little cafes and restaurants. I just wish the property itself was more walkable or at least had a golf cart to use for the gated portion of the community. Seems silly to have to rent a taxi to go to the actual beach club for the premises. Other than that Bianca was excellent and helpful, property was gorgeous, pool was amazing, bathrooms and bedrooms were luxurious and lived up to everything it promised to be online. We made many beautiful memories my daughters will cherish forever. Thank you Lance and Bianca!

We fell in love with the community of Puerto Los Cabos 10 years ago. After renting many villas in the community, we decided to buy our own place. This house had everything we were looking for - great neighborhood, amazing views, beautiful decor, beach club access and close to the beach. A great place to enjoy with our friends and family. We will not be living in Cabo full time, so we have decided to offer the home as a rental so others can enjoy it as well :)
