The backyard has a rod for hanging wetsuits and towels to dry. Garage is for your use and has a recumbent exercise bike and plenty of space to store your gear. An epoxy floor, outdoor sofa and a TV makes this a fun hang out spot. 4 parking spaces with room for boat parking on the 45 ft driveway. For fun, try the 2 beautiful beach cruiser bicycles and helmets, SUP, 2 skim boards, 2 kites, a large red wagon to carry our soft side cooler, beach umbrella, sand toys, folding canvas chairs and beach blanket. Lots of games, puzzles, books, DVDs and Roku.
