Dreaming of a scenic seascape getaway? This recently remodeled Bianco Sands is the perfect home for you. Enjoy tropical surroundings, BBQ grills, tiki-style outdoor seating, and a spacious pool area, all within easy walking distance to Crescent Village for shopping, dining, and entertainment or to the beach to experience the stunning white-sand beaches. Perfect for couples, families, or friends, this relaxing island retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

The Space:
Bedroom 1 – King

Living Room – Queen Sleeper Sofa
Kitchen, Dining Area, Patio, Shared Grilling Area, and Shared Pool

The Location:
- 0.1 Miles to entrance of Public Beach Access 13
- 3 Miles to Siesta Key Village
- 0.3 Miles to Crescent Village
- 3 Miles to Additional Pool Access
- 0.3 Miles to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- Photos of Interior are taken from unit 1116. All standard 2bedroom units have the same appliances, furniture, and square footage, with minor difference to décor items.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Weekend on the beach

We have a great stay. The place was clean, the beds were nice, the kitchen worked great for breakfast. The walk to the beach was like two blocks. Great time. Thanks

Great location

Perfect size and location! Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. It is pool side and people will walk through your covered area to get to the pool gate just FYI. The stay was perfect!

Comfortable beds, but sofa not so much. Lovely property a short walk to the beach. Cute screened in porch with a washer/dryer.

Bianco Sands Villa

We love Siesta Key and enjoyed our stay. A little disappointed with our unit initially, only because it was different from what we expected based upon the description and pictures. However, it was very clean with all new furniture and appliances, freshly painted walls etc. I’m sure the changes were due to remodeling after the hurricane. We ended up being very pleased with our unit. The management company was very attentive and accommodating. Overall a great stay!

Updates needed

There were some pieces of clothing left, one over the shower rod, others around dryer. The rug definitely needs replaced, it looks really bad. There was no laundry soap there and they asked to have the beach towels washed. Thankfully, I brought some of my own and used. Also, better cooking utensils are needed. It was close to the beach though and also to some other family members that we visited so the location was great.

Eh...

The rental we were assigned did not match the interior photos advertised. The check-in process was inconvenient for travelers without a car, as there was no shuttle service from the main office to the property. Basic supplies were lacking—there wasn’t enough toilet paper to last the week, and no laundry detergent was provided, despite the request to start a load of towels before departure. Additionally, the cleaning tools were inadequate; the broom and vacuum were more suited for children’s toys than actual use, making it difficult to clean up sand.Unfortunately, some neighboring guests were disruptive, arguing throughout the week, which affected our experience.On a positive note, the location was great, and the beach was just a short walk away.

Great Stay

Condo was perfect for a quick 4 day getaway. Beds were very comfortable, 2-3 minute walk to the beach and the property was great with pool access, communal tables and chairs, BBQs and hammocks! The condo was very comfortable and clean. Only complaint I have Is the house was filled with mosquitos when we arrived. No windows and doors were left open when we checked in and for the duration of our stay and we got eaten alive inside. I tried Calling and ask for a remedy because bug spray or citronella candles inside are not a great or safe options and nobody got back to me. Other than that, the stay was perfect. House is stocked with towels, chairs and a cooler as well!

Cute cottage near the beach!

Cute, cozy cottage just a block from the beach! Had everything you need! Could use new pillows othewise was a great place to stay!
