Our beautiful and spacious split-level townhouse with a one car garage is located across the street from Siesta Key Beach voted #1 beach in the world. Siesta Key Beach is known for its white powdery quartz sand that never gets hot to the touch. Siesta Key Beach offers tennis courts, volleyball courts, picnic tables, grills, snack bar and playground area for children. They also have a drum circle every Sunday night at sunset

Our spacious first floor unit (approximately 1400 sq ft) has a large living room (16x24) with high ceilings that gives you an open and airy feeling when you walk in the door. There are ceiling fans through out the entire unit. The living room has a large balcony that overlooks the lake. There is a 55' Flat screen TV, DVD player, and a stereo/CD player for your entertainment. The new Key West style living room furniture has a sleeper sofa if you need additional sleeping space.

The formal dining room (12x12) seats 6 comfortably and overlooks the lower level living room. The dining room also has new Key West Style furniture.

The master bedroom (12x16) also has high ceilings and sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the lake. The master bedroom is furnished with new Key West style furniture. It has a king size bed with a new mattress & box springs and a 32' flat screen TV.

The master bath has just been remodeled with all new tile, walk in shower, new vanity and sink, new dressing area vanity, all new mirrors and has mirrored closet doors.

The second bedroom (12x12) has twin beds, 32' flat screen TV, large closet and its own bathroom. The second bedroom is located on the upper level away from the master bedroom providing privacy for the guests. This bedroom also has new Key West style furniture with new mattress & box springs.

The second bath which is located next to the second bedroom has been completely remodeled and updated. New tub, sink, toilet, tile floor and lighting.

The fully equipped eat in kitchen (12x12) also offers a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has totally been remodeled with new cabinets, tile floor and new appliances. You should find the kitchen fully stocked with everything that you would need.

The unit includes a one car garage (with garage door opener) that is located right below the unit. We provide some chairs, floats, beach toys, two adult bikes and one child's bike in the garage for your use.

Our House At The Beach offers a large pool (heated), two private tennis courts, large open gazebo with tables/chairs and a grill if you wish to grill out during your stay. You can enjoy the sun by the pool or relax in the shade under the gazebo.

Island activities include paddle boarding, jet skiing, fishing, boating (boat rentals), kayaking, parasailing, or just walking on the beach enjoying the beautiful white sand and the beautiful sunsets. The sunsets are MAGNIFICENT! They also have a weekly drum circle on the beach every Sunday night at sunset.

You will want to go to Siesta Village where they have numerous nice restaurants and shops. Enjoy island style nightlife with some dancing or just listen to the band. The village is within walking distance (moderate walk) or short drive. There are several companies that offer FREE RIDES that you can take which are offered for TIP only.

Downtown Sarasota is only 10 minutes away. There you can enjoy many fine restaurants, shopping, performing arts centers, opera, ballet, and symphony. If you are a golfer, Sarasota has numerous golf courses to choose from.

If amusement parks are in your plans Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, and Tampa Aquarium are approximately one hour away. Disney, Universal, Epcot, and Sea World are approximately two hours away.
