A spacious kitchen opens up into the living and dining area with abundant natural light and large dining table. Outside, you will find a gorgeous enclosed seating area with a large umbrella surrounding your own private heated pool, along with a gas grill. Upstairs, the two twin beds can easily combine into a third king bed, or vice versa, to best suit your group’s needs. Best of all, this home is dog-friendly so your canine friend can join you on the trip! Nearby, the shops, restaurants, museums, beaches, parks, and other attractions of Historic Old Town await you just a short walk or bike ride away!

Duval Street is a quick 11-minute walk from your front door. On the way you will pass by restaurants, shops, art galleries, and theatres. The Key West Aquarium, Eco-Discovery Center, Maritime Museum and Splash Pad are all great places to visit if you brought the kids along. If the ocean is calling your name, Higgs Beach or Ft. Zachary Beach are within walking or biking distance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
