➡️ Important Notice regarding Beach House Condominiums: Beginning 2/10/26, the pool and deck located between Buildings 1 and 3 will be under renovation for approximately two months and will be temporarily closed; guests may use the larger main pool and hot tub during this time. Please note that daytime construction noise, including drilling, may be heard throughout the property.

Every stay at Beach House I #203 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
