Youā€™ll find relaxation and rejuvenation in the serenity of our comfortably furnished coastal cottage retreat. Our home has plenty of amenities including free wifi, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a shady porch swing and plenty of room for outdoor dining. Although we do not have a dock, you can watch beautiful sunsets from our spacious property on the swing or outdoor dining nook. Our front bedroom has a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway and a snuggly king bed. Our second bedroom is beautifully nestled under the trees with twin beds that can be separate or converted into a second king. Our space is well suited for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of city living. If you are looking for more than just the serenity of our home, you are only a few minutesā€™ drive from two grocery stores, gas stations, local restaurants, golf and the Gulf of Mexico. Big Lagoon State Park and Alabama State Park are just minutes away and have wonderful hiking and biking trails. We are close enough to be convenient yet far enough away for the peaceful serenity youā€™re looking for. Ask about our extended stay and snowbird rates!

Much needed peaceful get away

This is our favorite get away. We have stayed here several times and love this little cabin. We enjoy watching the boats on the intercoastal, music at local venues and our favorite amenity... is Brunie! He is such a delight. Thank you for sharing your coastal cabin and Brunie with us!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this sweet little home on the water. The home was a perfect size and had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner either at the picnic table or on the porch swing in the yard as we watched boats and dolphins/porpoises, and the neighbor's robotic lawn mower go by. There was a grocery store and local restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. It was also nice to know Brunie was close by if we needed anything.

Second Visit

This is the second time visiting Perdido Key and this rental house is in the best location to Everything. You can get to the beaches and several excellent restaurants in just a few minutes. If you want to watch the Blue Angels practice, well they are just up the highway about 10 miles. This is in a very quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We will be back for our third visit next year!

We couldnā€™t have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Perdido Key. The location is peaceful and absolutely beautifulā€”tucked under an old oak tree with a porch swing where we spent hours watching boats pass on the Intracoastal Waterway. What made our stay even more special was the kindness of the owner, who truly treated us like family. He generously offered us an extra night and day, which gave us time to slow down and soak it all in. We even got to celebrate my dadā€™s 90th birthday here with my parentsā€”it was the perfect setting for such a meaningful moment. Weā€™re so grateful and canā€™t wait to come back.

Hi there and thanks for considering a visit to our cottage! Our story began four generations ago with my great grandfather's purchase of the land in 1938. It is now owned by several family members who cherish our this space and want to it preserved for others, as it was for us. We live all across the US, and try to get back to enjoy it as much as possible. In the meantime, come see for yourself what makes it so special!

We've enjoyed this spot for generations, and love sharing it with others! It used to have a simple one-room wood cabin which all of the family would share in the summer to escape the heat in town. We've since built a snug little cottage that has all the modern conveniences. We have so many wonderful memories, and the place is so special, that it gives us great pleasure to see others experience what we've experienced for so long. We simply need a few guests to stay there each year so that it's self-sustaining. Win-Win!

Our cottage on Innerarity Point is close to lots of fun places - beaches, museums and sports & entertainment venues. It's also a great home base for exploring the coastal areas of Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Even better, it's a place where you can recharge and reconnect with nature. It's wonderful for children of all ages to explore and get bitten by the salt life bug! Bring your fishing pole and stay a while!
